Greasing the Wheels
This disingenuous and utterly disrespectful slight and smear campaign against Rush Limbaugh, Bill O'Reilly and other conservative talk-radio hosts is not only a waste of tax-payer money, but a complete waste of time just so the lefty senators, especially Senator Tom Harkin can hear his own voice, try and rally against the indecency of the NYT/MoveOn.org ad; so they go after anybody and anything they say. Hey, it worked with Imus right?
Anyways, don't you think all the time and effort the left is putting into this could be better spent on more important things like, immigration, the War, health care reform (like smacking Hillary around for advocating bankrupting the Treasury with her asinine birth payments¨) It kind of makes me look like a hypocrite for even posting about it in the first place. By the way, on the subject of immigration, i just read Michelle Malkin's 2002 book, Invasion. I know, I know, shame on me for only reading it now. She clearly and convincingly points outs ¨How America Still Welcomes Terrorists, Criminals, and Other Foreign Menaces to Our Shores¨. She includes great sources and reference material, including websites to confirm her findings.
But back to the topic at hand. Harkin has attempted to drag said radio personalities' names through the mud because he said they insulted the military. This would be almost sick if it wasn't so deliciously funny. Seeing that Harkin is a phony hero himself.

Because of the NYT/MoveOn article, the left is obviously desperate for something, anything to try and rally the troops and restore their moral authority. Do you think that Harkin and all those crying foul even heard the show. A Democrat actually listening to Rush instead of getting second or third-hand information? CHA-RIGHT!
Never mind the fact that Murtha has already tried this with the INNOCENT Haditha Marines (no apology-and don't hold your breath on that one) and that Jesse MacBeth creep is been outed (yet the left still champions him) These weasels just either refuse to learn or are incapable of it.
The point of all this is to try to get the galactically stupid (yeah, I stole that from ¨A Few Good Men¨) to believe that conservatives are (once again) evil, fascist, and don't care about their soldiers in harms way. Once again, this coming from the people that do everything they can to appease the enemy.
They take quotes, or half-quotes (ala Michael Moore) twist them, distort them, perhaps even add to them all in an attempt to do what I mentioned above.
It's simply all a vain attempt to grease the wheels to put in motion, the "fairness doctrine¨ once again.
It's all quite simple really. The left cannot win in the open market, so they'll try and do it legislatively. Come 2008, should they win the White House and both houses of Congress, they'll do just that. Of course for that to happen, people will have to actually vote for Hillary Clinton. You may think she has a real shot now, but when that voter (especially the old "silent majority") is actually behind that curtain and are at the moment of truth in front of that lever, they'll think about MoveOn.org, national defense, socialized health-care and criminal campaign contributors-not to mention that she has no experience running anything and simply does not answer point-blank yes or no questions-she won't be very electable then.
JUST A THOUGHT:
If Hillary actually becomes President (God help us all) and is finally exposed radical Marxist that she is, what do you think will happen?
a) She would be impeached?
b) She would resign?
c) She, the Democrats and MoveOn.org will blame Bush for it?
d) Nothing. The MSM will whitewash it and protect her to the end, even at the expense of America's future?
