Breakthrough in AIDS Research?

They say this may be a fluke, but isn't that how all great discoveries are made? From the discovery of penicillin and plutonium to the "accidental finding" of America? They were all discovered by accident.

I'm waiting for more and accurate information on this one, but I have some high hopes for a breakthrough.
