Critics Slam Obama Over Saudi Arms Deal
Fairly or unfairly, President Obama's critics have taken him to task for this "hawkish" move of "outfitting Saudi Arabia with a fully modernized, potent new air force," in what would be the "single largest sale of weapons to a foreign nation in the history of the U.S."
Between most drone attacks in Afghanistan by a modern president and this (which I wouldn't exactly call the Saudis "allies" in the classic sense) I'm starting to think he isn't exactly the "dove" his critics said he was. Then again, I could just be drunk because it is a Muslim nation he's arming, afterall.
