Another War for a Democrat President, Again No OK from Congress

Bill Clinton did it in Bosnia and Barack Obama may just do it (if he hasn't already judging from the cruise missiles being lobbed) in Libya. With all their needless and immature whining about the Bush and Iraq or Afghanistan, he at least had Congress' ok-regardless of what they and their Andrea Mitchells of the world say.

You know, for a scholar of the Constitution, the president really needs a refresher course, don't you think?
