The Food Stamp President is doing everything he can to earn the legacy of the name. You know how some people just have kids to stay on the government dole? Well, Obama wants to create new forms of "income" in the form of government grants to be on SNAP, because you see in all his economic expertise and brilliance, receiving food stamps somehow stimulates the economy.
