Fascist Doctrine-Phaze Four

The new FCC "Diversity Czar," Mark Lloyd has (if you'll pardon the expression) shown his true colours and perhaps this is not phaze four of the Obama/Boxer/Feinstein/Pelosi "Fascist Doctrine," but phaze one of the "Racist Doctrine."

And the fact of the matter is that there are a limited number of those positions. And unless we are conscious of the need to have more people of color, gays, other people in those positions we will not change the problem.

Help me on this. Does the word "czar" now suddenly mean "not to be vetted?" Who are these people and why are they so frightening? And why does the president (that's the president of the United States if you can believe it) not only associate with these people, but why has he employed them in the U.S. government? Also, it doesn't seem like BO is employing a lot of "white people" now, is he?
