This is an EPA matter, but with a little head-fake by the president, I'm only guessing. I mean he does get the final decision does he not? There would be no doubt this would be a national uproar if W were still in command, right?
Cap and Trade is essential to Obama. Therefore any dissidence is simply not allowed.
