In the case of The People vs. The Black Panthers (for the militant black group's intimidation of voters during the 2008 general election) Attorney general, Eric Holder first refused to prosecute the case (despite hard, incontrovertible evidence) now the House Democrats voted 15-14 in favor of ignoring it all together.
