Iran Building Rocket Bases in Venezuela

The Jerusalem Post is reporting that Iran "paid cash to build mid-range missile launch pads on Paraguana Peninsula."

Is there another Cuban Missile Crisis in the works? Hugo Chavez need not worry though. His good friend Barack Obama is in the White House.
