Liberal Arrogance Knows No Bounds
Check out these stories on how liberal politicians have the greatest economic and military minds since, well, ever. Forget for a moment that these quotes and stories are about and by men that not only are not economic or military experts and have not written one law or fired one bullet; but are their own best sources for their brilliance. Who are the stars of today's "worship us at the liberal alter?" Why none other than fiscal demi-god Paul "I Forever Make Up My Own History" Begala and the biggest brainiac Vice-President to ever grace the White House himself, Joe "What am I talkin' about?" Biden setting up President Barack Obama as the supposed "most 'audacious' military planner in 500 years."
The best retort to that was left by some of the Politico commentors:
"The Normandy Invasion. The landing on Inchon. The battle for Dien Bien Phu. They were planned and executed by some dim bulb generals who just got lucky. The Special Ops and intel teams that tracked OBL for years were just gumshoes waiting for a hot tip and orders from the most brilliant statesman, warrior and energy visionary in the past five centuries. Biden is the former chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee so he is very savvy about such things. In fact, Susan Sarandon, Tom Hanks and Sean Penn probably agree with him."
"Leon Panetta gave an Interview with PBS on May 2nd, 2011 explaining that nobody in the situation room was able to see the Bin Laden Hit because of a 25 minute Blackout while the Seals were inside his Compound. The only man who saw Bin Laden alive would have been the Navy Seal who shot him. What began as a questionable Raid quickly became suspect by conflicting stories from Biden, Obama and Leon Panetta for days to follow.
Obama refused to allow any images of the deceased Bin Laden to be released to the Media. Obama claims it was a move intended to not anger Muslims Worldwide. If Muslims were not already angered for Bin Laden being assassinated by the USA, then an image of Bin Laden dead will not upset them.
I find it odd Biden brings this up at this time. Multiple requests have been made under the Freedom of Information Act for Bin Ladens file that has Images, his death certificate, e-mails and Videos from his assassination at his compound. During the week of 3/12/2012 the Pentagon announced that the entire Osama file has been lost and is no longer available through the FOIA. This is factual, look it all up.
If Joe Biden claims that the Bin Laden Assassination is the most "Audacious Plan" in 500 years, then how in Gods name has this Administration Lost their evidence to prove that this "Questionable" chain of events ever occurred in the first place?"
I think Noel Sheppard did a pretty good job in separating liberal fiction from actual historical fact. I knew a few of the players involved in the budget-balancing of the 90s such as Lloyd Bentsen, Ron Brown, William Daley, Norm Mineta and Robert Reich, but admittedly was unaware of the rest. I certainly didn't know of Begala's apparent input.
And what can you say about Biden? Nothing he doesn't say for all of us.
