Right to Lawful Assembly A Crime
Yep. Goodbye first amendment.
Only three "Nay" votes, all Republican. Every Democrat voted to limit your freedom of speech. Although the fact that the House is Republican-controlled does not elude me. However, not one Dem voted against this.
A clearly bi-partisan dismantling of rights. Although thought of as "very minor and uncontroversial," and "does not infringe the first amendment," I beg to differ. I am certainly not a Constitutional lawyer, but does this sound like it doesn't keep you from lawful assembly?
