Obama on Solyndra: "This Was Not Our Program"
It's not exactly the same as "it's Bush's fault," but it may as well be. President Barack Obama, perhaps realizing his loan to the failing energy company Solyndra (that even the lowest-level employee knew was going to bottom out) will, along with all his other many failures, hurt his chances for re-election. He is now stating that the loan guarantee was "not our program."
If you remember, Obama had earlier stated that a deal to finance a $535 million federal loan guarantee to Solyndra predates his presidency. So again, nothing can be traced back to him and his record of denying any wrong-doing, at least according to him, stays intact. He's still the perfect human being.
