Oldest Woman in Congress States Her Freedom

No, it's not what you think.  Democrat Sheila Lee Jackson is not some elderly veteran Congresswoman who is espousing her God-given liberty and love of America.  Nope she's merely another out-of-touch libtard who happens to be black and is apparently unaware of her own age, or is too drunk to know what year it is.

Apparently Jackson still thinks it's the 1860s and that she has just been "freed" by Abraham Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation.
