Rare Third Amendment Lawsuit in Nevada

A Nevada family has filed a Third Amendment lawsuit against the North Las Vegas Police for what the family claims is a violation of their rights.
After pepper spraying the home owner and his dog, then arresting him and his wife on charges of obstructing a police officer, the "police have dropped all charges against the family."
How nice of them.
