New AG is Talking "Reasonable" Regulations on the Net
Barack Obama's pick for incoming Attorney General, Eric Holder thinks "we should come up with reasonable restrictions, reasonable regulations in how people interact on the Internet."
That in itself doesn't sound too unreasonable. However he's also a left-leaning advocate of a federal hate-crime law.
You shouldn't be able to learn how to make bombs on the internet, but you HAVE to have access to whatever information you need. Common sense, I think, dictates how to handle this without screwing with the First Amendment.
And what about these legal ramifications?
Did you see the look on that kid's face? Remember that farce?

Hmmm, going to be tough taking back liberties already enjoyed.
The internet has become a cesspool for filth.
True. But more importantly, it has become a vast fountain of information that Dems such as Reid, Pelosi, Kerrry, Schumer, etc. don't want you to have access to. Unless of course, it's MoveOn.org or the Huffington Post and all those "cesspool."
