He May Be A Blowhard, But He's Right

Forget the fact that President Obama has flipped-flopped yet again and has lied to the American people about what he believes in ("I don't agree with gay marriages"-the next day on "Ellen," Vice-President Elect Biden, "The president-elect doesn't agree with Proposition 8."-protecting the traditional definition of marriage) What he may be doing now, regardless of his claims to the contrary, may be against the Constitution, exactly what he swore an oath to protect.

Now former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich may not be the one to preach about constitutional rights and privileges, but when he has to school a supposed constitutional scholar on matters of what the president can and can't do-based on his "changing his mind" and supporting a law he doesn't personally like or thinks is "fair"-something is not right.
