Bush's Patience on 9/11 Appreciated by Now Teenage Kids

When President George W. Bush was told about the second plane hitting the World trade Center on 9/11, he has been ridiculed and insulted for his "hesitation" before leaving the classroom and making his first public statement. In comparison to President Obama (who deserves all the credit he's receiving on the death of Osama bin Laden) who can do absolutely no wrong according to the left, but although the bin Laden mission was a complete success, therefore Obama avoiding the full-on comparisons of Jimmy Carter's failure in Iran; the kids that were there (like the teacher of that class before them) want to say to Bush's detractors and to ignoramuses like Michael Moore that Bush did the right thing by not getting up, freaking out and scaring them all. I think this argument was made before.

Although Obama apparently made all the right calls, including the use of special forces and not just bombing the compound that would have likely resulted in unneccesary civilian deaths (that were probaly bin Laden associates anyway) or that he was the one who decided, "We got him" when all the rest were waiting for further identification confirmation, he also waited 16 hours to give the green light on the operation. So you would think that followers of President Obama would be a little more gracious and see the similarities, especially when, much like Bill Clinton in 1998, had earlier chances at bin Laden but decided to wait and in the end didn't get him and facilitated the path to 9/11.
