Chicago Violence is GOP's Fault?

Well, of course it is.  Even though the Democrats have had control of the Mayor's office for the last 80 years and have had control of the Illinois House of Representatives for at least the last 30 years, including the Illinois legislature for the last 10.  But according to CNN, it's the Republicans "mindset' that is to blame for Chicago's out-of-control gun crimes and murder rate.  Not the gun-control laws that allow violent criminals to kill unarmed citizens seemingly at will.  Nah, not at all.
