GOP Can't Rig Elections

Contrary to Obama water-carrier Chris Tingle says, the GOP cannot rig elections, nor challenge any ones allegedly rigged by Democrats (hello Al Franken) or possible voter fraud due to a short-sited agreement with the DNC (which they have apparently forgotten about-another example of the GOP playing fair, while the Dems continue to spit in the face of democracy) in which they "entered into a consent decree (the “Decree” or “Consent Decree”), which is national in scope, limiting the RNC’s ability to engage or assist in voter fraud prevention unless the RNC obtains the court’s approval in advance."
