Networks Omit SD Mayor's Dem Political Affiliation; Comic Con is Well Represented

Once again, let's play "What if it Were a Republican?"

San Diego Mayor, Democrat Bob Filner is currently embroiled in a sex scandal that although has been (barely) reported on those networks that chose to do so, even they only "reported" a mere seconds to the story in briefs.  Even then, for some reason *chuckle* the same guilty networks chose to omit his political affiliation.

CBS is the only network that seemed to make time for the story.

Again.  How much time do you think would be devoted to this story by the networks had Filner been a Republican?
