Why the Left Hates Palin
Leave it to the left to hate anybody without even knowing who they are or what they stand for. As long as their liberal friends and MSM seers says "hate," they say "how much?"
You know how every liberal that hasn't read any of Ann Coulter's books say she's evil. How about those who have never listened to Rush Limbaugh say that they can't stand him. The same with Bill O'Reilly.

Another take (off of a link from Ace) is from House of Eratosthenes. This one is a great opinion piece.
And finally, some power to the truth from Ann Coulter.

HATE is too strong an emotion to have for someone you don't know.
We don't know WHAT Mrs. Palin stands for. The Republican's election 'strategy' showed that.
O'Reilly, Limbaugh, Coulter are just ridiculous pundits like Maddow, Olberman, et al over here.
I don't HATE these people, i'm AMUSED by them.

Ann Coulter said: "When I'm making love, I think about Ahmad Tanveer, an immigration detainee who died of a heart attack because he got no medical attention in a New Jersey prison; Ana Romero Rivera, a 44-year-old Salvadoran cleaning woman who was found hanged in 2008 in an isolation cell in a county jail in Frankfort, KY, where she was awaiting deportation; and an 18-year-old Haitian woman, known only as 'Mari Rosa,' coughing up blood for hours without medical attention in 2007 at the Glades County Jail in Moore Haven, FL."
I really liked that piece from Ace. It highlights the differences in narrative the MSM have for Republicans and Democrats.
Levi Johnston talking to Tyra Banks about his and Bristol's sex life hurts my head. I'm so sick that he did that and further added to the "scandal" narrative MSM has been pushing on Palin. I really hate that they see any interest in talking to her daughter's former boyfriend. I mean really is that what they're talking about?? It's just so sad to me.
Joe,
"We don't know WHAT she stands for."
Are you kidding? Have you even listened too her or do you just listen to what other people say about her, like that obvious edited interview that Couric put together? How obvious is it when she gives an answer and is cut off in mid-sentence to have the camera quickly (almost magically) cut back to Couric to ask another inane "gotcha" question. Tell me you didn't notice that? It was even more obvious with Charlie Gibson.
And help me with one thing. How do we know WHAT the Republican strategy was when the MSM (and you KNOW this, too) turned anything and everything McCain/Palin said or did into nothing they said or did? Imagine you're an average Joe Blow, knowing nothing of politics (like most voters who only start to pay attention around Sept. or Oct.) then see the attack dogs at work. Do you deny this?
C'mon Joe, you're smarter than that!
And *chuckle* you are seriously comparing those Liberals (which is an insult to liberals) with the education and prominence of Limbaugh and O'Reilly? Please. I'll admit Coulter goes over the top on most days (but it doesn't mean she's wrong) and even I'm getting tired of the, somewhat, buffoonery of Sean Hannity (there I even gave you one) but to even think to bring up Olberloon and his little brother as a comparison is ludicrous.
It may have happened, but tell me when Limbaugh, Hannity, Coulter or O'Reilly have ever called the President "Mr." like Olberloon did on a regular basis.
And SOCIALISM is a word too strong for everybody!
Shimmy,
Thanks for commenting, but what's you're point?
Adrienne,
Yeah, it pretty much sickens me too. Everything the MSM and the elitists do has benn having that affect lately.
Did you know that the MSM attack dogs (by the way, whatever did happen to that fabled "Republican attack machine?") asked Levi's friends (on MySpace no less) about the Palin family? I mean WTF!?
I'm glad I was at work and didn't have to agonize through that.
Go N.E. Loved your comment.
I linked this post to my blog, too.
Northern,
Ms. Palin was obviously over her head and unprepared to talk to the MSM on a National scale. She dropped the lightest of softball questions, nevermind the more complex ones. Keeping her 'quiet & pretty' was the only thing the Party could POSSIBLY do to save face.
And yes, I do find OUR pundits just as ridiculous as YOUR pundits.
I will NOT buy a Coulter book. Lend me one of yours. I promise to read it as objectively as I can muster.
SINCERELY,
Joe
Joe,
Yes, we have talked at naseum about the MSM being utter creeps. With at said, how could you then even attempt to say that Palin was "over her head?" She answered the questions like "What is the Bush doctrine>" Seeing that that term is a media creation and Palin answered it correctly by saying, "In what sense?" to Charlie Gibson, because, again, according to the media, there are at least five different versions. The left took that (and still do) to mean she didn't know the answer.
Please. That's the kind of questions she "couldn't answer," but only to the satisfaction of the left.
I didn't think her answers to many questions sounded well thought out or remotely confident. She seemed to be a 'deer in the headlights' to me.
