Watch out citizen's of Montreal, the notorious "animal lover" is lurking around your city doing his dastardly deeds.

Lawrence Klepper, 70, a self-described “extreme animal lover,” has been tailed by the Westmount’s Public Safety Department for the heinous crime of spreading seeds and nuts for birds and squirrels – a violation of Westmount’s Bylaw 257.

Oh the humanity.

So every dove and his loudmouth sister complains to high heaven that their liberties and freedoms are being eroded when the government wants to monitor alleged terrorist suspects, but when ordinary citizens want to feed God's fellow creatures (something I thought the libs cherished greatly) or when a man is arrested for his daughter drawing a picture of a gun because some moonbat lefty "educator" took it upon herself to join the thought police, the left and their media all of a sudden turn into a gaggle of mutes.
