Obama to Have His Day in Court

Unfortunately it's not to face impeachment.  However, a federal judge has ruled that ICE agents are free and clear to sue the president.  The agents charge that "unconstitutional and illegal directives from DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano and ICE Director John Morton ordered the agents to violate federal laws or face adverse employment actions."

Executive privilege be damned.  I hope that judge has a good pension.
By the way, this isn't the first judgment to go against Obama.
