Obama's Correspondent's Dinner Shot at CNN

President Barack Obama nailed it at the White House Correspondents Association Dinner when he took a pretty accurate shot at CNN.  Actually, he nailed a couple of humdingers.  Much like last years dinner, the president was pretty humorous I have to admit.
And even though it was said in jest, sometimes the truth comes out in the form of humor.

At one point during his time at the podium, the president said about CNN, "I know CNN has taken some knocks lately, but the fact is I admire their commitment to cover all sides of the story just in case one of them happens to be accurate.



As they say, it's funny because it's true.

Breitbart Vindicated

Too bad the New York Times waited until the man was dead to tell the truth about what he had been saying for years.
Better late than never I guess.  Does this open the door for the Times to apologize to Breitbart's family and followers about besmirching his name?  Will this now allow them to perhaps further investigate other claims he authored about say ACORN, Planned Parenthood or the media?  I doubt it, but one never knows I suppose.  Nah, on second thought we do know.  So don't hold your breath.

Bush Did the Most for AIDS Sufferers

Well, whattya know?  

Most of us that actually listened to what Bush was saying about the AIDS epidemic and not how he said it (as many on the left only listened to hear stumbling over certain words and the like to perpetuate the attacks on his intelligence) are not surprised by this.  The only people that will be are the far-left that suffer from the now infamous Bush Derangement Syndrome and feel that the former president can do no right.

How or if this will reported by the mainstream media remains to be seen.

Update from Gosnell Trial

Apparently, according to Kermit Gosnell's attorney, a baby born outside the womb that is moving, breathing or with a heartbeat "is not proof that the baby was alive."

Bush's Approval Numbers Up, Joan Walsh Calls Boston Bombing Victims an "Unfortunate Blip"

In a recently released Washington Post survey, former president George W. Bush's approval numbers are up, while in the same time period, President Obama's numbers are down.  Both men share approval numbers at 48 percent.  So much for Obama the president-God being the most popular ever (which has been complete bunk since day one)

Commenting on the survey, Salon.com's ever-failing Joan Walsh said that Bush's upswing is because Obama is doing such a good job *snicker*.  She also said some crap about how "the stimulus worked" (at creating unemployment, sure) and Obama improved the economy instead of the markets mostly correcting themselves.



But the most insulting and insensitive thing Walsh spewed in her desperate attempt to cover Obama is that she also claimed that Obama has "protected" Americans.  How is that for the worst-timed Obama-butt-kissing?  Protected?  Tell that to the families of the Boston Marathon bombings that had loved ones killed or maimed.  Not to mention that terrorist attempts being foiled or failing does not translate into "protecting."   She callously called the bombings an "unfortunate blip" on Obama's record of "protecting" the nation.  You can officially add that to the deaths of Americans in Benghazi as merely "a bump in the road" and Hillary Clinton's "what does it matter?" screeds.

Stay classy Libs. Keep distorting the facts.

House Finds Blame for Benghazi on Clinton, Obama; Media Ignore

The GOP-led House of Representatives has found that the leadership, responsibility and role of the Obama White House, specifically President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, are to blame for the Benghazi deaths of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other American diplomats.

Not that this comes as any surprise whatsoever, but per usual when responsibility falls at the incompetent feet of the Democrats, the media says nothing.  CBS, to their credit (or are they just doing what they're supposed to?) was the only network to do full reports on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.

Muslim Man Turns in Alleged Terrorists to Foil Canadian Train Bombing

A Scarborough Muslim man did his patriotic duty and turned in other Muslims that allegedly planned to bomb a VIA railway between New York and Toronto.

Muhammad Robert Heft, a community leader that runs an out-reach program for at-risk Muslim youth, said  the criticism of Canadian Muslims or their community leaders turning a blind eye to radical or potential Muslim domestic terrorists is warranted, but is changing and that Canadian Muslims love Canada as much as anybody and want to cooperate in keeping their communities safe.
"We have to be on the front lines...we want safety of all Canadians, regardless of their religion," Heft said.

The Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) in conjunction with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police arrested two men, Chiheb Esseghaier in Toronto and Raed Jaser of Montreal, respectively.

The accused appeared in a Toronto court room.  Esseghaier was defiant, saying the Canadian Criminal Code "is not a holy book."

The Muslim community in the Greater Toronto Area deserves a ton of credit for foiling this plot.

A Meaningless Incident

That's what New York Times opinion columnist, Andrew Rosenthal is calling the Kermit Gosnell trial (finally being reported and predictably excused by the MSM-a good six months after the initial story broke.  They did their best, but the media couldn't willfully ignore the story any longer)  according to Rosenthal, the NYT, and every other proponent of killing children in the womb, this has nothing to do with the abortion debate.  That's right, nothing!

It has nothing to do with how when abortion doctor George Tiller was killed, the left went into a tizzy about how a "champion of women's rights" was gunned down in cold blood, while an abortion doctor that actually cut the feet off of babies that had survived the draconian abortion process that he apparently not only had no trouble in snipping the spinal cord/column, but kept the little severed limbs as...I don't know what, mementos?   A reminder of his callous, evil-doing?  Not only that, but there were actual fetus parts clogging up the toilet where the staff-under Gosnell's orders-had flushed, yes flushed fetus remains. According to former employees of Gosnell, when one of the good doctor's innocent and defenseless victims was left for dead in the toilet, the baby was "still moving, trying to get out."

To add to the story on this Little Shop of Horrors, Planned Parenthood actually knew about the deaths and butchery, but thought better of informing the authorities. 
Color me surprised.

Willful Smearing by the Left-Wing Media Continues Unabated

Per usual when it comes to the unprofessional and biased "reporting" of liberal networks that claim to be "news," they have once again showed how fair and balanced they are (to coin a phrase) by immediately blaming the Boston Marathon bombing on, you guessed it, the "racist, divisive, evil right-wing."  Not only was the left-wing media openly hoping the perpetrators were not only "not Muslim," but they actually wanted a "white American" to be the villain.  Notice how it's "white" American.  Not just American, but white American.  Let's leave that little bit of self-loathing racism out of the equation for the time being.  They also wanted it more than anything to be someone that was a representative of the Tea Party that they have been trying to pin a violent act on for years with no avail.  Ever since the leftist dream of an actual white, anti-government, domestic terrorist named Timothy McVeigh destroyed the Alfred P. Murrah building in Oklahoma City in April 1995  (that's 18  years ago folks, yet they're still looking, lying about and actually hoping for a domestic, white, Tea Party member to be a terrorist so not only can they be right after being wrong time and time again and unfairly smearing innocent people-i.e. Tea Partiers, conservatives, Republicans, Christians and pretty much any white male) the media has disgustingly been salivating at the very hint of a right-wing terrorist, which hasn't happened since 1995.  But they keep trying.

I have absolutely no idea how the left-wing media minions can honestly look into the camera each and every night and willfully lie to their audience.  They can't name one right-wing domestic terrorist in the last 10 years, nevermind the last six months.  So what do they do?  They simply re-write history and claim that people like Hitler was a right-winger (which is an ludicrous argument for the guy was the head of Germany's National Socialist Party.  He shut down businesses, hated capitalism, outlawed other political parties and redistributed wealth.  What right-wing capitalist has ever done that?) and that every single domestic terrorist, no matter if they killed anyone or not is preemptively determined to be a "angry, white, anti-government, Tea Party bigot/Islamophobe.  Remember the Time Square bomb that thankfully failed to detonate on May 1, 2010?  Before anything was known about the perpetrators New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg said so assuredly that it was probably "a mentally deranged person or somebody with a political agenda that doesn't like the health-care bill or something."  That is the mindset of the left when it comes to domestic terrorism; make accusations about conservatives with no proof what-so-ever.  Demonize who stands apart from you politically and/or socially.  And say what ever you want without anyone holding you responsible...especially the MSM.

And to jut put their knee-jerk reaction stamp on matters and since you know every domestic terrorist for the last 30 years has been a violent, hateful right-winger (except...NONE-oh wait there was that McViegh dude 20 years ago, oh yeah, they used that one already) the Daily Kos keeps this historic white-wash going by a
naming the Tsarnaev brothers as "honorary conservatives."

Paranoid, am I?  Ah, well I guess this little (and by that I mean partial) list of violent crimes perpetrated by people other than "right-wing, hateful, lunatics" may shed a little light in case you too are willfully ignorant.

You remember ABC's Brian Ross not knowing if Aurora, Colorado theater shooter Jim Holmes was a member of the Tea Party or not on Good Morning America, but brought up the idea because some random citizen in Aurora had a Facebook page that said he was affiliated with the low-tax, small government political caucus.  Was that little tidbit "significant?" Not at all. ABC apologized after the show had aired, but they had already planted that little seed.  They instantly did the same with Newtown shooter, Adam Lanza and any other shooting or violent crime that mad national news because they're hoping that eventually, one of their bogus accusations will stick. I mean, the odds would have to be in their favor eventually, right?  It hasn't been since they started white-washing the ultra history of the left, but I suppose most people root for the underdog, right?  So Goooooooooo media!  Then again, people appear to be on to one of the far-lefts favorites.  It appears when people went looking for information about the Boston Marathon bombings, they didn't choose MSNBC.    You know, the supposed bastion of truth that celebrities live and breath for, including the most iconic, most trusted name in news...Jon Stewart.  Guess what cable channel people did choose?  That's right.  FOX News.  The alleged news network that just "lies."  I guess people just want to be lied to.

Now that the two culprits have either been killed or captured, the left is all in mourning over them not being white, male, Christian, Tea-Party members.  And with some background checks leading to the conclusion that Tamerlan and Dzokhar Tsarnaev had radical Islamist ties, there are those who instinctively have to defend the terrorist brothers, or at least their actions.  Not to mention that contrary to the background checks conducted by the FBI, the act of planting bombs in public places that are designed with shrapnel inside to hurt, mame or kill as many people as possible.  But according to Baher Azmy, the head of the Center for Constitutional Rights, the Tsarnaev brothers committed not a terrorist act, but "an act of criminal depravity...[that's] not a function of where they came from."
In fact, the media is so adamant in wanting to fool the public that the Tsarnaev brothers are "typical Americans," that they've pulled the method that worked so well in unfairly tarnishing George Zimmerman, they decided to use it again-that is simply relaying to their audience that terrorist duo are "white."   Moreover, the MSM is still incredibly resisting that the pair just might be associated with international terrorist group, or groups.

Really.  Isn't just pathetic that not only do these so-called "journalists" actively and publicly wish for white, American domestic terrorists, but that they're actually disappointed when it turns out they're not.  Of course, before we all find out just who exactly is responsible and why, the left-wing media already has their narrative and agenda ready to roll.

Oh, don't worry.  The collective mindset of the liberal media will continue to ignore history, the FBI crime and terror statistics and common sense and continue to besmirch the innocent.

Still No MSM Coverage of Gosnell

I wonder why?  With all the lefts love of killing unborn children en mass, reporting on all the torrid details of America's most evil doctor shouldn't be a PR problem in the least, one would think.  So why isn't the media telling us everything related to the trial of Dr. Death?  Is it because he is evil incarnate and the majority of the infanicide crowd aren't willing to defend him?  Why?  He's just the sort of "doctor" the left loves, but publicly distance themselves from because the rest of us normal child-caring human beings; so that's not it.

Is it because Gosnell is the Devil himself and the left can't be seen (at least publicly) to advocate his procedures, even though privately (and not so privately judging by the comments in his defence on left-wing blogs) he is seen as a saviour of "woman's rights?"  Or is that "reproductive rights?"  I've lost track of the liberalspeak they've chosen to mask their evils with.

But really, why isn't the mainstream media covering his trial like they would and did with the story of the murdered abortion doctor, George Tiller?

And the media was all over this for a good two to two and a half weeks.  Most of it from CNN and MSNBC...of course.

So, again, where's the coverage?  Where's the outrage?  NewBusters' Jill Stanek can think of four reasons why there isn't any.

The fact that Gosnell is one of the most notorious mass murders in history-based on body count-and an abortion doctor to boot is a pretty good sign why the mass media isn't letting everyone know the horrors this monster is solely responible for.  
I wonder if the media would have such a hesitation to report about Gosnell if he were a Conservative or registered Republican.  Actually, I don't wonder about that.  We all know the answer.

Iron Lady Margaret Thatcher Dead at 87

Margaret Thatcher, the tenacious, iron-willed Prime Minister who ruled Great Britain with her head as well as her heart, died Monday from a stroke.  She was 87.
Along with Ronald Reagan and Pope John Paul II,  Thatcher helped to end the Cold War...

Of course, per usual when someone of Thatcher's magnitude and accomplishments from the right, the disgustingly hateful left start throwing parties like one of their own politicians (like the woman-drowning Ted Kennedy or the African-American-lynching, Klu Klux Klanner, Robert Byrd) has died, except instead of bereaving the loss, they publicly show their mindset and intellect by wishing the deceased to die another 1000 times over.  But it's not like this showing of their true colors wasn't expected.

Who Agrees on Gun Control?

Of all the soap boxes and graves of murdered children being used by the left to disarm Americans and leave them at the "mercy" of their victimizers, one pretty much has to remind them (or teach them since the left historically have no idea about, well, history) who really wants gun control.

The Left's Hatred Goes Way Back

The left's hypocrisy and hatred did not merely start with George W. Bush.  Their smearing of people that disagree with them on almost any subject are summarily insulted and demeaned and whether it be for percieved Homophobia (which they still use, even though they're supposed to be the champions of gay rights) Islamophobia, Misogynisism , what have you, has been happening for a long time.

Stanley Kurtz (via Tom Blumer) reminisces about how the left-wing youth (no doubt through the hateful indoctrination of their hippie parents and Liberal intelligentsia) reacted with glee the attempted assassination of President Ronald Reagan.  and it wasn't just, as the libs love to asy whenever one of their own is exposed as a moonbat, an "isolated incident."  The same reaction happened at other ivy-league schools.
