SHOCKING: Media Blames Colorado Shooting on Right

So what else is new?  I mean other than the liberal media's knee-jerk, unsubstantiated reaction to violence in America?  They have a undeniable documented history of it.  With the Aurora, Colorado movie theatre shooting, the mainstream media has once again rushed to judgement to blame a psycho's outburst of violence on the right.  Be it right-wing militia groups, racism, Islamophobia,  what have you, it's to the point where the right really doesn't get angry at it anymore.  These lefty purveyors of deceit keep proving themselves wrong every single time, so all the right does now is just catalogue it and show those who are interested in the lefts treasure trove of lies.

*September 2009: The discovery of hanged census-taker Bill Sparkman in rural Kentucky fueled media speculation that he’d been killed by anti-government Tea Partiers. In fact, he’d killed himself and staged his corpse to look like a homicide so his family could collect on life insurance.

* February 2010: Joe Stack flew his small plane into an IRS building in Austin, Texas. The media immediately suggested that the anti-tax rhetoric of the Tea Party led to the attack. In fact, Stack’s suicide note quoted the Communist Manifesto.

* That same month, a professor at the University of Alabama, Amy Bishop, shot and killed three colleagues at a faculty meeting. The gun-loving Tea Party came under immediate suspicion. But Bishop was a lifelong Democrat and Obama donor.

* March 2010: John Patrick Bedell shot two Pentagon security officers at close range. The media went wild with speculation that a right-wing extremist had reached the end of his rope. Bedell turned out to be a registered Democrat and 9/11 Truther.

* May 2010: New York authorities disarmed a massive car bomb in Times Square. Mayor Bloomberg immediately speculated that the bomber was someone upset about the president’s new health-care law. The media trumpeted the idea that crazed conservatives had (again, they implied) turned to violence. In fact, the perp was Faisal Shahzad, an Islamic extremist.

* August 2010: Amidst the debate over the Ground Zero Mosque, Michael Enright stabbed a Muslim cab driver in the neck. It was immediately dubbed an “anti-Muslim stabbing,” with “rising Islamophobia” on the political right to blame. In fact, Enright, a left-leaning art student, had worked with a firm that produced a pro-mosque statement.

* September 2010: James Lee, 43, took three hostages at the Discovery Channel’s headquarters in Maryland. The media speculation was unstoppable: Lee was surely a “climate-change denier” who’d resorted to violence. Oops: He was an environmentalist who viewed humans as parasites on the Earth.

* January 2011: Jared Lee Loughner went on a rampage in Tucson, Ariz. Again the media knew just who to blame: the Tea Party and its extremist rhetoric. In fact, Loughner was mostly apolitical — a conspiracy theorist who, to date, has been judged too mentally incompetent to stand trial.

But to the unapologetic liberal media, these are unadulterated truths.  Once again to quote the line from The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance, "When the myth becomes legend, print the legend."

Again, what else is new?

Left Wing Media Scramble to Sieze Romney in Gotcha Moment

So begins another round of the desperate liberal media and their childish "I know you are but what am I" defense of an obviously gotten President Barack Obama and his recent "you didn't make that happen" attack on hard-working self-made businesses.

Now the MSM has gone back to 2002 to try and show not only Romney as a hypocrite but that he actually (somehow) said the same thing to Olympic athletes in his speech at the opening ceremonies of the winter games that year.  NBC.com's Domenico Montanaro penned an article decrying Romney pointing out the president's "the government is your friend" blunder .  It's not surprising that an Obama apologist would look for anything to save face for Das Wunderkind, even a ludicrous playground tit-for-tat argument.  It's not even all that surprising that Montanaro would stretch so far as to use straw-man tactics to convince Obama sheep that he didn't either say what he really said, or that he's right and that the government is never an impediment to business, but that it's quite the exact opposite, it's a total enabler and a must for businesses to succeed.

Problem is, one, Romney was clearly advocating for citizens helping each other without having to rely on government assistance.
Two,  Obama didn't say "You didn't build that ALONE." And Romney didn't say "Someone else MADE that happen."
Three, Montenaro, and of course Obama sycophants at MSNBC, really want people to buy the argument that Olympic amateur athletes really have anything but a choice but to adhere to government rules and regulations if they want funding for their sport and their own training?  How can anyone with a thimble full of brains actually compare money-making business ventures that are usually the objects of government interference to amateur sports that are contingent on government money?

ABC Blames Tea Party for Colorado Shooting

Leave it to the MSM and especially that of ABC to ignore journalistic integrity and research before getting the facts. In their usual rush to judgment to blame anything violent conservatives in general and the Tea Party in particular (while pretty much ignoring all the factual and documented violence surrounding the Occupy movement which they promote so much) Brian Ross and George Stephanopoulos seemingly eagerly blamed a member of the Colorado Tea Party that had the unfortunate same name of the Aurora movie theatre shooter.  It doesn't even matter that Ross later corrected himself on the broadcast and even later apologized, this is the status quo motive of the mainstream media that, fortunately,  more and more people are waking up to.  Of course there will always be the sheep who believe everything they see and hear on the networks because "it's the news," but from the disgustingly transparent Andrea Mitchell to the Obama-bowing Brian Williams of NBC, these people will never stop even though they've been exposed time and time again.

Even Jon Stewart, to his credit,  had to call them out on their amateur hour

What will it take for these buffoons to find some integrity?

You First

With the Obama administration and the rest of the fringe Democrats calling for Mitt Romney to release more tax returns other than the two years he has already released, the typical left-wing hypocrisy is in full swing as the Dems version of the Three Stooges,Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, have no intention of releasing theirs even as they work on a bill to have future presidential candidates release their tax information.  Now, you may say what is wrong with having future candidates release their tax returns a matter of law?  Nothing.  I may even actually agree with it.  I just find the timing of it oddly suspicious.  Isn't it strange that this comes up when the Dems are asking Romney for more than two years?  And perhaps even stranger is they're not concerned about a president releasing any information, financial or otherwise?  Even a sitting president?  Convenient.  And why should the Stooges release theirs?  Hypocrisy, that's why.  If they want to intrude on Romney's past (and again maybe they should) why don't they set the standard?

If they're so concerned about transparency, where were they in 2008 during the non-vetting of Obama?

You know, there's a good start.  Let's ask why the leader of the country hasn't been put under the microscope?  Let's start with the top 10.

Democrats.  Rules for thee, not for me.

Ah, Hindsight

"The way we judge success is what you left behind."  Those were the words spoken by MSNBC's Chris Matthews on his Hardball show while interviewing former George W. Bush spokesman Ari Fleischer.  Now that America has had almost four full years of Barack Obama's disasterous economic policies will Matthews stick to that criteria?  Something tells me no.

Leave it better than when you found it. Chris.

Adam Corolla Really Clarifies Obama's Wreckless "You Didn't Build That" Comment

Adam Corolla, the former partner on the Man Show of ultra liberal talk-show host Jimmy Kimmel, talked honestly and articulately on his July 17 podcast about President Obama's comments from Virginia last Friday about how successful people didn't really reach their goals on their own, that somehow a former teacher or a road builder or, as he wants people to naively believe, the government got them to where they are.  Corolla hit the nail on the head when exposing the president's attempt at class warfare.

Once Again MSM Must Clarify Brilliant Obama Linguist

Yet again the mainstream media has to clarify and cover for another controversial Barack Obama remark that had not been mentioned by the network news until four days later.  And again, the so-called smartest President of the United States can't seem to make people understand what he meant to say.  Obama recently disparaged hard-working Americans who made their American dream come true by claiming they didn't do it, "somebody else made that happen."

Syria Suicide Bombing

A bombing in Damascus has ripped through Syrian President's security forces as at least three of his most senior aides, including his minister of defence and brother-in-law were killed.

Bachmann Off Her Rocker Again

Republican Representive Michelle Bachmann is on the hotseat again as she is being accused of playing politics for fundraising at best and anti-Muslim at worst.  Based on "intellectual influence," Frank J. Gaffney Jr., the president of the Center for Security Policy, who has been publicly outed as a radical by several Republicans over past baseless accusations, Bachman has said a Congressional investigation should be conducted into Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's Deputy Chief of Staff  Huma Abedin about Abedin's possible involvement of radical Islamic infiltration into the United States government through the Muslim Brotherhood.

Although it is true that "the State Department and Mrs. Clinton took actions 'that have been enormously favorable to the Muslim Brotherhood and its interests,'" does Bachmann and Gaffney really believe the Secret Service would have let such an "obvious Islamic influence" get national security clearence, not to mention get up close and personel to a former First Lady and current Secretary of State?  How ridiculously idiotic one have to be?

But that being said and as crazy as this conspiracy theory by Bachman may seem and given her past accusations and, let's face it, this woman is a stone throw away from being 100% batshit crazy, she probaly should go away and just leave the semi-sane politicians continue to smear each other with other unfounded accusations per usual, one must remember that as unethical as Senator Joseph McCarthy was, he was absolutely right in the end that there were communist elements in the U.S. goverment in the 1950s.

There's going to be oh so more to this.

Guns Do Good Too MSM

A armed robbery attempt in Ocala, Florida was foiled by a gun-wielding senior citizen who shot and chased out the robbers, possibly saving the lives of the internet cafe patrons.  As usual the mainstream media ignored the story due to its content being a gun actually did good.

Pathetic

Anti-Obama Film to be Released in Texas

Almost everyone knows how President Barack Obama recieves unfiltered praise and publicity from Hollywood celebrities and from at least a couple of independent filmakers, including the recently released Obama Effect, I'm just wondering how much "praise" the MSM will give this?

Obama's War on Women?

Microsoft Divorces Themselves from Drowning MSNBC

As pointed out by this piece by Brent Bozell, although computer giant Microsoft parted ways with MSNBC television in 2005, they continued to be on-line partners with the race-baiting, anti-American "news" network with MSNBC.com.  Thankfully, seeing the ratings continually plummet and the left-wing network's disdain for truth and common sense, they have finally severed ties.  MSNBC.com is now simply NBCNews.com, although as of today they are still the BSNBC of old, displaying unsubstantiated race-baiting stories (and now molestation accusations) against George Zimmerman.  The more things change...

How long will it take for the Messers to blame the vast right-wing conspiracy for this one?

Obama Decries American Dream

Over the weekend President Obama for the umpteenth time demonized the free-market system by attempting to convince people with his failing message that if you created a business, you didn't with your blood, sweat and tears.  Others had a hand in it and your hard work was only secondary to the people that you met along the way.

Spitting in the face of small business owners, the naive President of the United States completely disregarded the immigrants of old that came to America (and continue to do so) and built their lives and businesses from nothing, as we've all heard many times, with nothing more than perhaps ten dollars in their pocket.  The teachers and otherwise helpful influences-government not being one of them, in fact most times being a hindrance in their accumulation of wealth-that had no hand in the business decisions that created their dreams and for many business empires, may receive accolades from these business owners themselves for teaching them how to travel the road of success; but that certainly doesn't mean they had a hand in laying the pavement down that built that road.  The government may open up avenues and at times remove roadblocks that ease your way to business success with deregulation and tax cuts, but not the way Obama would have you do it.  I would like the president to explain to the descendants of generational family-owned businesses that started with a determined hard-working immigrant off the boat at Ellice Island how the government keeps the food being delivered to their table.

Ace of Spades also has a good take on these pandering shenanigans:

One of the key traits of the left is that its political positions are almost always emotion-based rather than reasoned out from a set of principles. There may be intellectual arguments for their policies but they're almost always tacked on long after fact to justify a position that feels right. So it's natural that they will try to sell a position using the same quality that makes it so appealing to them.
One shared quality among humans (and some apes) is that we all have a built-in sense of fairness in our brains - or to be more accurate a keen detector of unfairness. And leftists use this unfairness sensor all the time when they're promoting forms of wealth redistribution e.g. it's *unfair* that the rich have so many boats and houses when there are working people who can't feed their families.
By re-framing a situation into an 'unfair' narrative they're trying to activate people's anti-unfairness brain circuitry to get them to emotionally accept the proposed solutions to make things 'fair' again. Now this works fairly often but it's certainly not the magic bullet that leftists believe it is. In particular it only works if the proposed 'fairness' solution doesn't itself also activate the unfairness-detector.

Now Americans generally admire people who've built up their own successful businesses through hard work, investment of money and huge amounts of time - so much so that this is a key component of the American Dream. So when politicians talk about making these businesses - particularly small ones - pay much higher taxes and fees, it also seems unfair that those who've made risks and worked very hard to build something should be the very ones to be singled out to have more of their earned wealth taken away. That also sets the unfairness neurons a-twitchin'.
The left knows this which is why they're always looking for some way to disqualify and devalue the achievements of successful entrepreneurs. So it's no surprise that both Elizabeth Warren and Obama (using nearly the same words) claim that no one really builds a business by themselves - it's really the result of government help, the work of other people, and plain luck.
Then it follows that business owners don't fully deserve their financial gains either and thus it's completely reasonable to make them share it with others. So taking more from the successful is now the truly fair thing to do.
Of course their no-one-is-really-independently-successful argument is wrong for a host of reasons but now you know why they're making it in the first place.

Who Are the Obstructionists?

The liberal myth that is a narrative put forth by the left for some time now which the Republican Party are a do-nothing obstructionists party only interested in blocking any policy put forth by President Obama that who is only trying to undue the injustices that the Republicans themselves had implemented when they were in power during the first decade of the new millenium.
Unfortunately for the left-wing Democrats, the facts have been made public for some time and the misinformation released by the Dems and the media are easily refuted (even though, ironically, the the MSM refuse to do so)

Grover Norquist, taking on Hilary Rosen and the Washington Post's Bob Woodward on last Sunday's Meet the Press, explained what everybody in the mainstream media knows but refuses to report when Democrat operatives try to whitewash.

This and this are a couple of the rejections of Democrats that Norquist refers to, that the left tries (rather successfully) to pretend and convince doesn't exist. Even David Gregory responded in favor of Norquist. By the way, still waiting for that elusive Democrat budget.

End of Story

With all the fact-checkers (even  left-leaning ones) telling us that Mitt Romney had absolutely nothing to do with his former company Bain Capital shipping resources overseas, the Obama administration still continues the lie-not the misguided information or mistake, but full-on LIE that Romney continued to not only head Bain as its CEO, but moreover, had a hand in those decisions to move those resources and jobs.  Despite this, Obama and his people continue to not only correct the record and stop assailing Romney with this smear, but Obama continues to give the babe of the woods routine as if he's innocent in all of this and has no hand in such dishonest ad campaigns that have been airing.  The so-called most brilliant and honest president ever and his transparent campaign should be ashamed.  But of course that would be asking a liberal to be honest.

On CNN's Anderson 360, host Anderson Cooper, reporter John King and CNN political analyst David Gergen tell us what disgraces like Andrea Mitchell won't.

As King pointed out, this is all a dog and pony show for the media to help Obama talk about anything but his failed economy.  Also, Gergen brought up, seemingly disappointed by the sound of his voice, is this what Obama promised when he promised the end of smear tactics and "politics as usual."  Something else Obama seems all too happy to forget about.

Obama Cares Not About Policy As Much As Wanting to Be A Better Storyteller

On Friday, President Obama pretty much admitted what everybody other than his minions and apologists already knew.  That he really doesn't care all that much about policy.
While being interviewed by Charlie Rose, the president actually said, "The mistake of my first couple of years was thinking that this job was just about getting the policy right. And that's important. But, you know, the nature of this office is also to tell a story to the American people."

The nature of the office is to tell a story to the American people?  Well, has told a few stories all right.  More than a few whoppers in fact, but isn't the nature of the office of the President of the United States to lead, to instill confidence in the people and the country?  Isn't it to protect the people and the constitution?
Better messaging?  Hasn't he had more than ample time to get his Marxist message across?  "Spread the wealth?"  "The rich have to pay more of their fair share?"  "Bring a knife to a gunfight?"  That's all he's done.  It's no secret, although heavily denied by his supporters, that he's been campaigning from 2007 to today.  The mainstream media has given him every opportunity and then some to get his "message" across, including throwing him marshmallow ball questions, allowing him to disparage his opponents any way he sees fit, twisting history to his benefit and anything else to score political points with his base.  When he himself has failed to convince the public at large that he's "the one we've been waiting for," he says Americans just don't understand.  Other than totally insulting voters with comments like that, he has had others attempt to get his message across for him.  Everyone on the left from media members that are too numerous to mention to uninformed and elitist Hollywood celebrities to independent filmmakers.

I think Obama's real problem here, other than not being a good leader and good communicator (otherwise why would Jay Carney and the MSM repeatedly have to "clarify" the president's statements?  Why would he be second-guessing his messages?) is that the people actually do understand his message and just don't like it.  As many times that he has invoked his fail-safe excuse of mentioning that he inherited an economy from George W. Bush (as Bush inherited a recession from Bill Clinton despite popular liberal myths to the contrary-Bush never blamed his predecessor, not one time) he's had almost four full years as president to fix the situation as he had promised multiple times.  If this guy had a real job and kept blaming his predecessor as much as he has as president while still not getting the job done, no employer in his right mind would keep him around for another week, much less another four years.  It's done every day in business, in sports, in life.  If you can't do the job, you're out the door.

Obama knows he can't sell his version of America's economic troubles, so he wants to tell more stories.  That may entertain his sycophants and apologists, but in no way will it create jobs or stimulate economic growth, no matter who he blames and how much he does it.

Rundown

There`s been a few things happening within the last week.  Mainly, per usual, the mainstream media`s apologizing and campaigning for President Barack Obama as well as continuing to be dishonest and consciously misleading with their "information."

-MSNBC's Toure Neblett plays the race card yet again (what else?) as he opined about Mitt Romney purposely eliciting a negative response from the NAACP crowd so Romney could gain sympathetic votes from whites.  CNN Obama advocate Soledad O'Brien apparently thinks along the same lines.  It must have been an interesting phone call and note swapping between the two.
This guy Toure really is challenging Al Sharpton for MSNBC's biggest racist.

-Investigations tell story of media jumping the gun of branding George Zimmerman as a racist.  Duh.

-The MSM is still forwarding the false claim (even after they have been corrected by various people and sources) that Mitt Romney held the position of CEO at Bain Capital and outsourced jobs to China even though he had actually left the position three years earlier and wasn't with the company when those jobs were shipped overseas.
For the record, here is Bain's statement on the issue:

Mitt Romney left Bain Capital in February 1999 to run the Olympics and
has had absolutely no involvement with the management or investment
activities of the firm or with any of its portfolio companies since the
day of his departure. Due to the sudden nature of Mr. Romney's
departure, he remained the sole stockholder for a time while formal
ownership was being documented and transferred to the group of partners
who took over management of the firm in 1999. Accordingly, Mr. Romney
was reported in various capacities on SEC filings during this period.

-Soledad O'Brien says state low unemployment numbers credit should go to President Obama and not the respective governors.

-Occupy violence once again erupts in Los Angeles as organizers advocate killing police.  Not a peep from the media.

-With House Republicans holding another vote on repealing Obamacare which passed and will now go to the Democrat-controlled Senate, where the vote will be defeated anyway, the MSM morning shows decided not to run the obvious morning-leading item.  The nightly broadcasts did report the event, yet instead of holding up democracy and siding with the vote in their advocate journalism style, as most Americans do not favor the unpopular law as they surely would have if it had come out of a Democrat vote, the media either whined about how it is a waste of time or money.

Allen West: Telling it Like It Is and Not to Be Bullied

Mitchell's Incompetence and Lies Exposed with Laughter

Aside from his laughing at her ridiculous and obvious transparent bias, lies and Obama cheerleading, New Hampshire Governor John Sununu exposed the pathetic and continually disgraceful Andrea Mitchell's apparent unreadiness when she interviews someone armed with the facts.  That and the fact Sununu is much smarter than her.
"You're struggling, Andrea. You're struggling."

Obamedia Continues to Lie for Their Deity

Who says the the left-wing media is anti-religion?  Aside from their unapologetic praying at the alter of global warming, the (ever-so-out-of) mainstream media continues the mandate of lying to the masses with false narratives and selective editing.  Today it's Vanity Fair's Nicholas Shaxzon
thoroughly re-hashing of the disgraced Dan Rather's School of Journalism ethos by airing the false story that Mitt Romney has broken tax laws.  To her credit CNN's Carol Costello didn't do the usual MSM sit-back-and-let-the-liberal-guest-make-any-accusation.  She did question the unbased assumption.

I'm pretty sure the the rest of the MSM will have no problem in rushing to pile on this already mountain of misinformation.  CNN will probably admonish Costello for actually challenging a liberal when they jump on this false narrative bandwagon down the road.

Ethics Committee to Investigate Democrat Sentator Hopeful, Will Media Report?

Via Breitbart.com

"In a stunning blow to the Senatorial hopes of Rep. Shelley Berkley (D-NV), the House Ethics Committee today unanimously voted to open an investigative subcommittee into conflict of interest charges stemming from her alleged attempts to direct cash toward the kidney health care industry – and, in particular, toward her husband, who runs the Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada."

Contrary to Heavy Evidence Global Warming Alarmists Still Projecting Baseless Fear

Even though the evidence of false reports and trumped up data all for the big money-grab of government "research" subsidies is overwhelming and has been for years despite members of the scientific community that come baring the truth about the false numbers, lies and paranoia being purposely shut out of the not-so-public "debate," global warming climate change liars and sycophants are still at it, perpetuating socialist cap and trade ideals and continuing to fill the coffers of the stuff that children's nightmares are made of.

Left Wing Obama Apologies and Hypocrisy Carries On

Being the spectacular hypocrites and harbors of misinformation and down right lies that they are, MSNBC hosts are at it again.  After incredulously stating that "we know that jerking around its readers with wrong information seems to be the business model of a lot of conservative media,"  Chris Hayes once again, like all the other geniuses that make up that low-rated joke of a "network" went on to pile on to the B.S. cadre of misinformation by saying the following:

"We know that in the U.S., total taxes as a percentage of GDP are the lowest they've been in 50 years and the top marginal rate is the lowest it's been in nearly 20 years. After World War II, corporate tax revenues represented 40 percent of total federal revenue. Today, they are less than 8 percent. We know, in other words, that no matter what his most unhinged critics say, Barack Obama is most certainly no socialist."

Nevermind Obama's selling out to the unions at the expense of the taxpayers that includes the middle class that the left claims to champion, or giving "stimulus" money to to car companies that should have failed, then becoming the defacto owners of said companies, not to mention the famous creed of "spread the wealth," which should say it all, and any other near-daily socialist endeavours this president forces on the nation, with much of it being secretive and by-passing the checks and balances of Congress, but this claim by Hayes is so transparent it only takes a few moments of Googling to debunk this laugh-fest.

The tax rates of the "one percent" that the left loves to demonize (without informing their followers that those mocking the rich for not "paying their fair share" are indeed heavily within that group themselves) have not only paid their fair share, but have been doing it within those last 50 years the socialist left-wing blood-suckers love to quote.

Micheal Medved's piece at The Daily Beast entitled "The Democrats' Big Tax Lie" sums it up.

Leave it top the left and especially the ignoramouses at The Mess to screw with people trying to make sense out of economic history
