Like I`ve said before, if only the media would make their ascertations of Republicans statements as if they had a "D" after their name.  Then they just might be a little more open to any change of mind.  AS Micheal Steele factully illistrates, as ongoing as it is, when a Republican such as Mitt Romney changes his mind on an issue it`s a "flip-flop." Whenever a Democrat does, especially PresidentObama, they`re "evolving."

How transparent can one be?

Supreme Court Upholds Obamacare

With the United States Supreme Court upholding the heart of the Obamacare legislation, President Obama has earned a huge political victory going into this fall's general election.  Surprising conservatives, Chief Justice John Roberts in writing the decision, agreed with the president`s premise in upholding the mandate of of the law, which requires all Americans to have health insurance or face a federal fine.  Surprising, in that the law is still unpopular with a majority of Americans that saw the forcing of people to purchase insurance or face federally-imposed fines.

Although Roberts agreed with Obama on the insurance mandate, he disagreed with the president about the mandate falling under Congress' power to regulate interstate commerce and said it could be considered a tax.  If so, it could be the largest tax increase in American history.

For his part, Mitt Romney has said if he becomes president, he will  repeal the overhaul law, calling the changes in the system a "bad law."

Black Panthers Off the Rail Again, Media, Obama Mum

It seems black racism is not only encouraged by allowing them their own radio broadcasts, but is silently advocated as the race-baitors at BSNBC and especially Al Sharpton say nothing of Louis Farrakhan or his minions openly and publicly advocating (nay demanding) the death of whites.  Not just white racists or politicians mind you, but all white people, including babies in their cribs.

Whenever I mention Al Sharpton, his name is usually preceded with the highly earned prefix of "world's biggest racist," but after listeming to this maniac (who really should be prosecuted for not only simple civil unrest, but for advocating mass genocide) Sharpton doesn't appear to have anything on this guy.

Then again, where is the "good reverend" and his racist accomplices Jesse Jackson and Sheila Jackson and all the rest of the kooks at BSNBC, like Toure Neblett (who finally has a last name) who love to document false racism and use them as anologies any time they see fit?  Where is their outrage (chuckle) or at least fake concern?

No.  I don't expect a response.  Telling, isn't it?

Carl Rove Protesters Don't Know Who They're Protesting Against

Much like the Occupy weenies who think they know what it's like to live in communist Russia (or the former Soviet Union to be exact) even to the point of telling a former Soviet citizen that he didn't know what he was talking about and want everything habded to them while they play their 24/7 Halo missions and who can't articulate why or what they're protesting about, a march in Washington to "Stop Rove" produced some interesting answers about exactly who they were protesting about.

Kind of reminds me of the questions asked of Barack Obama supporters about what politician said what statement, be it Obama, John McCain or Sarah Palin and couldn't get them right.  Or like when the late Andrew Breitbart visited several anti-Glenn Beck rallies only to find they couldn't tell him one lie Beck purported to tell.  Then as now, left-wing protesters don't have a clue.

Williams Wishes It Would Just Go Away

NBC Nightly News anchor Brian Williams is so desperate to hide the fact that his king's Attorney General has been charged with contempt of Congress and King Obama has evoked executive privilege that he and his network are trying the classic "out of sight, out of mind" routine (I can't use the term "blackout" because that would be racist) in hopes of just making the Congressional "Fast and Furious" hearings go away.  What else can he do?  Bush and the GOP had nothing to do with it, so there's no one else to blame. Or is there?

Of course, as always when the desperate Dems attempt to blame their incompetence on Bush or anyone or anything else, the truth comes out that olbliterates their false pretenses and bogus claims.

Aside from Jackson Lee's clear-cut moonbattery and...whatever, Williams and co. simply have to pretend it doesn't exist all together like they've done for the last year and a half, give or take.  Except now that it's heating up more than they either expected or wanted and they can't just get away with "reporting" on it with just a 10-second sound bite, Williams and company figures they'll just dismiss the whole thing as just another round of "broken politics and vicious fights."

As Charles Krauthammer see things, the mainstream media and especially NBC, who seem to be the most egregious perpetrators in this shell game, cannot simply ignore this story anymore:

"...there’s no way that the mainstream media, which have studiously tried to ignore this can do that anymore. In fact, as [Special Report host Bret Baier] pointed out, NBC, which has shown exactly ten seconds of coverage of this on its Evening News in the last year-and-a-half, is now going to have to explain the whole thing since the viewership has no idea what it’s about. So, number one, it becomes a huge national issue."

Secondly, it involves the president. Not that he was involved in the actual communications but he is the one that has to issue the, has to authorize the claim of executive privilege. Once he does that, clearly he is connected even though it’s not– it wasn’t claimed on grounds of presidential communications..."

This has got to be the biggest, most obvious piece of media bias ever.  Does anyone, and I mean anyone doubt that if Holder was a Republican, this wouldn't have been a 24/7 national story from day one?

This goes way beyond pathetic journalistic activism.  I mean 482 for NBC and ABC to even do their first report on this?

Oh and get a load of this, House Minority Leader and (thank God) former Speaker Nancy Pelosi recorded another chart-topper to her list of greatest hits by adding this doozy:
"They’re going after Eric Holder because he is supporting measures to overturn these voter suppression initiatives in the states… This is no accident, it is no coincidence. It is a plan on the part of Republicans."

"These very same people who are holding him in contempt are part of a nationwide scheme to suppress the vote,” she said of her congressional colleagues.  "It is connected. It’s clear as can be. It’s not only to monopolize his time, it’s to undermine his name."

"These folks want a plutocracy where instead of the choice of the many the checks of the very very few determine the outcomes of elections."

The vast right-wing conspiracy strikes again.  Erika Johnsen from HotAir said it nicely,
…I don’t even know what to say. My amazement that this person is the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, of the United States of America, is once again overwhelming me. The deceit and demagoguery truly know no bounds.
Yes, I’m sure Republicans planned Operation Fast and Furious themselves, and then convinced Holder to willfully ignore the requirements of a Congressional subpoena, so that they could bring him up on contempt charges, so that they could undermine his quest to continue to allow people to vote without providing identification. Or something.
In the name of all that is holy, stop calling Republican efforts to combat voter fraud, “voter suppression.” Voter fraud is a real and widespread occurrence, although I’m sure the fact that proven cases of voter fraud tend to disproportionately benefit Democrats has absolutely nothing to do with their insistence. Even President Obama has been known to ask for IDs from people attending his rallies — why aren’t any Democrats righteously screaming that he’s trying to “disenfranchise minorities”? I mean, it’s only logical, right?

I think I asked that last question already myself.

Right On Cue

Steve Kornacki might be a new host on MSNBC, but he's pulling the race-card and amateur smear-jobs like he's a veteran liberal kook taught that has been well by the likes of Ed Schultz and Al Sharpton.  Same tactic, same message from Kornacki about the critics of President Barack Obama and his campaign contributors-RACISM!  Yawn.

There's nothing really left to say about these morons and their tired broken record of misleading and all out lies that mean to smear and degrade anyone that is against, or even mildly opposed to Obama's policies.  Not just conservatives or Republicans (but especially them) but anyone.  Interrupt one of his repeated and fact less speeches, you're a racist.  Ask legitimate questions about his past associations, comments or interests, you're a racist.  Make a comment about his flip-flops, lack of historical knowledge or gaffes, you're a racist.  Bring up his cronyism or controversial beginnings to his political career, you're a racist.  If you even make a joke about his appearance, you guessed it, you're a complete and utter racist.

Has anyone in all their lives seen such transparent, yet staunchly denied partisanship based on the pigmentation of a president?  Are even their gullible base viewers still believing this stuff?  Seriously.  Is this a prerequisite by anyone that (God forbid) wants to host a crappy, low-rated show on the BS network?

And remember, if you don't vote for Obama, you're a racist.

Krugman Boasts He's Never Been Wrong

I'm no economics expert.  I'm far, far from it in fact.  But even I know the basics.  Supply and demand, no raising taxes during a recession, etc.  But for the economic world to listen to the smug liberal "professor" Paul Krugman who despite having been given a Pulitzer Prize for Economics and claims to be a fan of the free market-while heavily advocating Keynesian economics that have failed throughout history time and time again-is a sure fire way to follow in the footsteps of past economic collapses like ancient Rome and modern-day Greece.  To that point, this You Tube clip pitting Ron Paul against Krugman is a pretty good indicator that the arrogant Krugman isn't what people on the left think he is.

Now, I'm split on the potential of Ron Paul as president.  I think he has a very good grasp on what it takes to stimulate and grow the economy (again, I have no expertise one way or the other, but listening to men like Milton Freedman and Thomas Sowell easily shoot down Krugman's assertions time and time again-and have history back up their arguments, seems to be a pretty positive indicator that Krugman has gained his respect and notoriety under false pretenses.  And logic and history also dictates that Krugman, not only thinks very highly of himself, given this blog post from Monday but is also very wrong even about what he thinks of himself.  Given that he has been absolutely destroyed in more than one economic debate-either in live face-to-face ones or in contradicting books and/or essays-and even by readers in the comments section of his own New York Times column says a lot)

There's also this, a comment on the NewsBusters site by a reader with the screeen name of "CobraMan" that also rings true:
"I think I can say without false modesty, a huge win; I (and those of like mind) have been right about everything."
Well, Paul, you're wrong about that. Austerity was our country's guiding principle for the first 150 years of our existence, and it didn't seem to cause a lot of problems, nationally. For 150 years, this country experienced nearly continuous economic growth. Sure, there were local disruptions of the economy for time to time, but they stayed local, and were short-lived. Nationally, the economy kept expanding. It was only when we dropped that principle back in the early 30's that we began to experience national economic upheaval, and we've been experiencing them in higher and higher frequencies. The more we abandon Austerity, the faster our economy collapses, and the longer those collapses remain. And this is true of every single country that has ever done this, throughout the history of mankind. From the Egyptians to the Romans, from Kingdoms to Communes, the results are always the same. The faster a government abandons Austerity, the fast their economy collapses. Care to explain that?
Look at it this way, Paul. The Great Depression didn't occur in spite of our government abandoning Austerity a few years before. It happened because of it."

Krugman is shown the error of his ways yet again by Better Capital LLP Chairman, Jon Moulton, but typically refuses to acknowledge his faulty logic or even concede anything by Moulton who is obviously in a position to know know better.

But as for Paul, I worry about his knowledge or commitment to foreign policy.  His advocating for true, open-market capitalism, liberty and freedom from big, invasive government is nothing short of inspiring.  With that said about his stance on foreign policy, he may make a very good Secretary of the Treasury, but I doubt he will ever be president.

Krugman on the other hand?  I doubt he will ever be right about hardly anything.  Especially when insulting the peoples of other, European nations.

Oh, I See...

When Obama loses, he wins.  When he fails, he really succeeds.  And even when somebody else loses and Obama's not even in the same state (because he finally figured out he's an albatross and really shouldn't be "vouching" for anyone) he wins again.

His last real victory was his election as president.  Really, it was.  That even includes the passing of the ever-unpopular Obamacare legislation.  You may think it was the killing of Usama bin Laden, but anyone who's honest enough would give that one to the SEALs first and foremost, Bush and the Joint Chiefs.  Giving Obama full credit for something that he was against, had nothing to do with and then had the good fortune of bin Laden's head falling into his lap for a re-written political goldmine is a stretch at best.  Yes, you have to give him the gold star to show his friends (and to his credit congratulating Bush for his major part in fighting and finding the al Qaeda leader) but to say that was his kill is ludicrous.  And his underserving win of an outdated and meaningless Nobel Prize is also nothing in his favor.  While I'm at it, can someone finally tell me what the hell he won that for?

He screwed up getting the Olympics for Chicago, he stumped for Jon Corzine against Chris Christie in the New Jersey race for governor and lost, he stumped for Creigh Deeds in the race for Virginia governor against Bob McDonnell and lost, he stumped for Martha Coakley against Scott Brown in the race for the vacant Massachusetts Senate seat left by the death of Ted Kennedy, his god-like magic couldn't for-tell nor stop the "shellacking," in Obama's own words, of the 2010 Congressional election that saw the Republicans take control of the House of Representatives.

Then there was Solyndra, Cash for Clunkers and of course his raping of the economy since he took office, including the crony capitalism and union-buddy bailouts that resulted in higher deficits and higher unemployment; not to mention America's credit rating being downgraded from triple-A to double-A for the first toime in history.  That takes some doing

But then there was the recent re-call election victory of Scott Walker that MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell now famously said "The big winner of tonight's recall election...President Barack Obama."  And with a straight face to boot.  So apparently The Prez is back on a winning streak because his "Bend Over" BSNBC sycophants say so.  And to prove just how lucky one president can be with all these non-stop "victories" Obama has some how conjured up since January 20, 2009; now he's the recipient of more good tidings (while once again the GOP gets the shaft) of "Fast and Furious."

Either that or it's just yet another excuse in a long line of excuses and denial for the Greatest President Ever to Live.  Me thinks it's a tad the latter.

Bill Maher Not Even Masking His Racism, Will Media Notice?

It's no surprise Bill Maher, the misogynist, racist that touts his ignorance and vitriol on his Real Time show on HBO is a liberal.  He fits right in with the Party of the KKK.  And his latest veiled shot at the Republican Party and that of Congressman Allen West (I'm also wondering if he's refering to Clarence Thomas, Michael Steele, Herman Cain, Jennifer Carroll or James E. O'Hara just to name a few?) as the "Party of the Apes" is nothing more than the on-going carte blanche attitude of insensitive liberals who champion every major dictator and mass murderer of minorities that have scurried over the planet throughout history.
This is nothing new coming from a left-wing celebrity, or pundit or...whatever you can categorize
Maher as.  He and his left-wing bigots have been doing this for decades, maybe even centuries if one goes back far enough.  But projection is the name of the game for the left.  They know their Hollywood and media sycophant allies will keep on keeping on while the right reaps the hatred and blame through their mismanagement and misrepresentation of the facts.

The Right Shift
By Bill Maher

Good news: last month, for the first time in weeks, Congress passed a bill! And wait until you hear what you get: by a vote of 78 to 20, the Senate voted to extend the life of the U.S. Export-Import Bank. …People, please! Control yourselves!

Yes, the Import-Export Bank. It’s been around for 80 years. They re-upped it for another three. Now, what do you 80% of Americans who disapprove of the job Congress is doing have to say about that?? Hit the links, Speaker Boehner! You’ve earned it.

Now, if I were a Washington pundit, I’d launch into some boring speech about how both sides are equally to blame, and then I’d call it a day and we’d all meet at Katherine Graham’s house for cocktails. Which is weird because Katherine Graham is dead. But this is why you never see us booking George Will and Peggy Noonan on my show (besides the fact that they wouldn’t do it): Because the same old Washington pundits haven’t said anything interesting since disco. Also because the idea that the blame for our government’s dysfunction is equally shared by the parties just is a giant, steaming mound of horseshit and anyone who has paid attention to politics over the last 20 years knows it. Or as I like to call it, “The Rise of the Party of the Apes.”

In fact, recently Thomas Mann and Norman Ornstein, two old wonks who have been in Washington as long as the Potomac, wrote a book called “It's Even Worse Than It Looks: How the American Constitutional System Collided With the New Politics of Extremism” in which they basically say, flat out, what I say every week: it’s the Republicans who are crazy. And they wrote an op-ed in The Washington Post to go along with the book called, “Let’s Just Say It: The Republicans Are the Problem.”

They write: “We have been studying Washington politics and Congress for more than 40 years, and never have we seen them this dysfunctional. In our past writings, we have criticized both parties when we believed it was warranted. Today, however, we have no choice but to acknowledge that the core of the problem lies with the Republican Party.” And they’re not saying Democrats are blameless and perfect. We all know there’s only been one perfect man in human history. And that’s David Beckham.

But it reminded me of something Barney Frank recently said: “…people have said to me, well, why can't you work things out with the Republicans, and my answer to my friends has been: Exactly on what issues do you think Michele Bachmann and I can compromise?” Basically Barney is saying, look, how do you expect me to work on the 2+2=4 bill when their side believes math is a liberal plot to turn your kid queer?

Take Dick Lugar. Who was always a staunch conservative, just not the modern-day insane variety. He was just throttled in the Republican Senate primary in Indiana by a Tea Party guy named Richard Mourdock. And after Mourdock won he said this about working with the other side: “I certainly think bipartisanship ought to consist of Democrats coming to the Republican point of view.” Which is sort of like saying to your girlfriend, “I think both our sexual needs will best be fulfilled by you blowing me.”

Or take Allen West. Seriously, take him to the padded cell and give him 20 CCs of the high test. Ornstein and Mann start off their Post op-ed by noting that recently Rep. Allen West said that there are “78 to 81” Democrats in Congress who are members of the Communist Party. And not one Republican said, “Allen, come on. You’re making us look dumb.” Not one of the Republican candidates for president said anything. Because in today’s Republican Party, that’s not even edgy anymore. They probably saw him later on and were like, “Word, Allen. Word.” Because that’s how they think black people talk.
Like Mahr would know.  It's nice to know Racist Bill will not have to face the kind of media scrutiny and hatred that people like Rush Limbaugh has to on a regular basis form his liberal MSM buddies.  In fact those at MSNBC will probably use this piece as a reference point and celebrate him.
It must be comforting to know that every piece of racist, misogynist diatribe from this faux intellectual will always go unpunished in the world of MSM double-standards and hypocrisy.
Breitbart's John Nolte also has the skinny on Maher and his shameful rhetoric that defies logic and history of what Chris Matthews called (but was intended once again to blame the right for the left's projected bigotry) the "Grand Wizard crowd."

NBC Universe Shames Itself Yet Again with Selectively Edited Video

Once again has a good post about the transparent bias turned advocacy of that joke of a "news" network MSNBC and their circus clowns of what they propose are "journalists."  This time around it's liberal advocate reporter Andrea Mitchell once again using selectively edited video to frame a false narrative of their obvious favorite enemy from now until November, Mitt Romney.

From George Zimmerman to Mitt Romney to everything in between; the liberals and their lying media (and there really is no other way to describe them) will stop at nothing, even when caught, to purposefully mislead the public.  And they have absolutely no shame in doing it, repeatedly.

Thomas Sowell Explains

As anybody who's paid attention to this blog over the years, or who has just randomly dropped by, you know I have the utmost respect for Thomas Sowell.  The man is simply brilliant.  In any debate or interview, he has silenced his opponents with his vision and knowledge.  Here I give you a few YouTube videos of the man as he describes his take on economics, gender wage disparity, global warming/environmentalists, race, the housing bubble/recession, the Occupy movement and Barack Obama.

If you wish to read some of Professor Sowell's books, I highly recomend Basic Economic, Intellectuals in Society, The Housing Boom and Bust, Black Rednecks and White Liberals, Dismanteling America and Economic Facts and Fallacies.

Thomas Sowell Continued

Too many videos on one page tend to slow down the video playability, so here is page two of the Thomas Sowell videos.

As you can see, there are a few older videos with Dr. Sowell with William F. Buckley as well as Milton Friedman, but it's interesting that the issues of the early eighties that Sowell speaks of are much the same as today as is his views. He hasn't changed his opinions over the years due to political expediency.

1001 Reasons Not to Vote for Obama

Betcha there's some stuff y'all forgot about.  Actually the list has 1000 reasons, the last is a bit of an obvious, tired, yet unneeded disclaimer.

Breaking News: Conservative Asks Obama A Question, Liberals Play Race Card

After The Daily Caller's Neil Munro interrupted president Barack Obama with a legitimate question, albeit also with bad timing, the liberal media is all up in arms with their favorite ace in the hole-racism charges-once again.  You notice how the left doesn't answer to Obama's dismal record with praising his accomplishments like anyone who is defending someone with a record to defend, instead they cast aspersions and insults by playing the tired race card.  as if you didn't know that.
Mr. Spock, Sam Donaldson himself took the low road to defend his favorite politician, as did Politico's Joe Williams and MBNBC's resident one-name superstar race-baiter, Toure (what else is new?)

Isn't it racist of these lefty "experts" and pundits to imply the President of the United States can't handle a heckler, or someone with a tough question?  Especially someone who's supposed to be so fearless and brilliant?  Projection folks.  That the liberal game.  Always has been.  Alinsky rides again.  It's really no different than the Democrats historically keeping blacks down (after voting to keep them in chains and then later to deny them civil rights) and poverty-ridden then say they need the Dems to protect then from the awful, evil Republican party.  Then they push their liberal message on TV, in movies, in newspapers and magazines to indoctrinate the laymen.  It's worked for decades.

And I don't know who they're trying to convince.  The people that already believe this claptrap don't need convincing and those who they are trying to convince are too smart to believe it or too busy too care about liberal B.S.  Liberals are funny and very, very entertaining, but oh, so pathetic.  As a commenter said, "The Race Industry has the liberal white-dominated MSM well trained in recognizing "racial context," because for decades any legitimate criticism of a black liberal was met with the Race Card. And as the likelihood of a re-election defeat for Obama looms, we're going to see a lot more of it."

The Blame Bush Mantra Outlasts the Energizer Bunny

With President Barack Obama desperate to bring up his approval ratings and get his base back in line, he and his media cohorts are attempting to go back to (or is is repeat?) the same old strategy that got him into the White House in the first place.  You guessed it, blame Bush.  His media sycophants seem to think it can and must still work.

From his campaigning to State of the Union addresses (when he's not blaming the Supreme Court judges themselves) to stumping for other Democrats (which he finally learned he sucks at given the win/loss records of those he stumps for) all he can do is blame the former president because his own record in the last three and a half years is dismal at best.  Otherwise, he and the media would be reminding everyone about his glowing achievements infinitum.

Yes, a lot of blame can be put on George W. Bush in his part of the housing bubble bust and economic meltdown.  One would have to.  He was the man in charge.  But forgetting about people like Barney Frank, Chris Dodd and the Democrat-controlled Congress's role in all of that is simply unfair, half-truths and moreover, typical of a narcissistic Democrat president that simply cannot own up to his own failures.  Every president has them and every president will deny his role in those failures.  But I have never seen a president so hell bent on blaming each and every failure on his predecessor as Obama has and frankly, it's a very tired, very weak excuse for a man who has been billed as "brilliant," "god-like," and of course, "The One."  And the people have seen through it.  Most of them from day one.  Quite simply and since his inauguration, Obama has been the president of excuses.

A new poll says Americans indeed still blame W. than  Obama for their economic woes, but just how informed are they when that's all they hear in a media that pounds home the Bush economic deficiencies without informing them about his triumphs, of which there were many.

Maybe Mitt Romney should keep beating people over the head about the record of Jimmy Carter and FDR and how well off they were under those administrations since Obama has made it clear he has every intention of continuing their legacy.

Contemptible Silk Pony Gets Off Scot-Free

Yet another Democrat weasel has gotten away with moral depravity as the despicable John Edwards is free after his federal campaign-corruption case was dismissed after the jury could not reach a verdict after a six-week trial.

Edwards now gets the best of everything.  He has an affair while his loyal wife is dying of cancer, fathers a child out of wedlock, gets off of federal campaign charges and he's soon to have the whole liberal media landscape defending him as a hero as if he did absolutely nothing wrong.

Isn't it wonderful to be a Democrat today?

CNN's "Crying Man" Who Lamented the Death of Democracy Fails to Gather Consensus

When Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker won his re-call election last week, CNN took their cameras to the site of the pro-Barrett rallies going on and talked to "Mike" who emotionally stated because of the Walker victory, that "democracy was dead" in America.  Again, only when Democrats lose has democracy failed.

Mr. Mike recently called into a radio station, but failed miserably to make his case that "America as we know it is done."

Poor guy.

Holder Not An Alleged Purgeror, Just Another "Victim" of GOP

That damn right-wing conspiracy.  It seems Attourney General Eric Holder is not lying about "Fast and Furious," he's not being seen as in contempt of Congress, no, he's just being persecuted as a "lightning rod" for conservatives because, as Managing editor of Newsweek Daniel Klaidman claims, he's just "more than any other members of the Obama Cabinet is associated with some of the more progressive policies of the Obama administration."  Not that he's "not a good witness."

Therefore, because he's Barack Obama's Attorney General and since the Republicans just want the black man out of the White House at any cost, they're just picking on Holder for no other reason.

Extra! Extra!

Either it was such a slow news day ( I guess they couldn't be bothered-like the networks-to begin any sort of coverage on Fast and Furious) or CNN wanted to promote the lefts recent media darling Sandra Fluke so much to remind people why they voted for the now seemingly desperate President Barack Obama in the first place instead of how he and the Democrats have destroyed the economy even worse since their go-to whipping boy George W. Bush left office.

Host Carol Costello brought up the tired and only reason people even know who Fluke is once again, audio of Rush Limbaugh "defaming" her, without once bringing up left-wing misogynists Bill Maher or Ed Schultz.

The oh-so important premise of the interview that they had to make room for Fluke in any time slot?  Why she's voting for Obama.

Tomorrow's breaking news story on CNN?  Water is wet.

Obama's Base Teetering

President barack obama has some major work ahead of him if he wants to strengthen up his base that is apparently crumbling, according to Gallop.  It seems "The One" isn't all that popular with Wisconsin unions (even after he was the "real winner" of the Scott Walker recall election according to the braintrusts at MSNBC) and blacks.

Hope and Change Morphs into Hope to Blame

MSNBC's "conservative" host of Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough let his air-head co-host, Mika Brzezinski let even more of her liberal biased idiocy shine through as she inferred that she hopes, now that her hero Barack Obama is losing his swagger and in real danger of losing to Mitt Romney come this November, that the president can blame George W. Bush some more and pull out another four years destroying the American economy and enabling extreme Muslim fundamentalists to gain power in more Arab countries and plan attacks on the country.

NBC Finally Reports on Fast and Furious

Better late than never. Although something tells me their hearts just aren't in it.  Maybe it's because they're late to the party and you never want to catch a movie after its started.  Now that NBC has rushed to fill in their audience about Eric Holder Congressional hearings about he and his boss's fiasco known as "Fast and Furious" and CBS barely covered it Wednesday, maybe ABC will get around to it eventually.  You know, when they can find the time.  Maybe they'll come in at the end and give us a cute little video collage to let their viewers know what they missed...briefly.

I mean, seriously.  Really?

I know NBC's Chuck Todd is a typical liberal media Obama lap dog, but has he had a lobotomy recently we don't know about?  Of course that may explain why all the members of the left-wing media support and defend Obama in the first place, but then again that would cost the taxpayers a whole new slew of headaches covering those procedures on Obamacare now wouldn't it?

Todd actually stated on live television, and I'm only assuming he was lucid when he said this, that "Romney could very well be the least transparent president in a generation."

Do I have to even mention that I have to mention you know who?

"Access" is Added to Lefts "Wordology" List

The following was designed to spotlight Democrat darling (the kind like "Joe the Plumber" that the left vehemently rejected as a "plant" or insincere) Sandra Fluke's "bait and switch" as Ace of Spades called it, but I link it for you mainly to reiterate the lefts audacity of changing the meanings of words to suit their agenda.  i.e. global warming=climate change, terrorism=man-made disasters, liberal="progressive," etc. as Ace does well.

Sandra Fluke's Bait-And-Switch

Good piece on her latest claims.
The central deceit here -- engaged in not just by Sandra Fluke, but the entire liberal movement -- is to constantly speak of "access."
Access to birth control, access to health care.
"Access" is usually taken to mean you're permitted it. But they are using the word in a novel way -- in order to have "access," they maintain, someone else must be picking up the check for it.
If you're required to pay for a thing out of your own funds, you do not have "access."
They constantly attempt to mislead people with rhetoric designed to imply that the question here is about outlawing contraception.
Of course it's not. You could find only one voter in ten willing to even consider such a proposition.
The question is whether third-parties will be dragooned by yet another government law to cover yet another personal expense.
This is what they call "access" -- their ability to compel you to pay for their wants.
They should be hounded on this deceptive word choice, every time they employ it (which is always). Anytime they're on a talking head Sunday show, the conservative must ask them to define "access," and ask them why they've chosen to use that irregular usage of the term, if not to mislead.

More Ignoring of the People by Liberal Media

To add to the post below, and to further complicate matters, CBS was the one to ignore the pretty valid story I think in these economic times, about how the net worth of Americans has dropped 40 percent according to the Federal Reserve.  NBC and ABC looked into it, but of course they failed to mention how this transpired in President Obama's first two years in office.  Since the report covers 2007 to 2010, it would obviously be unfair to say it's all Obama's fault, if in fact it's the fault of any of the two administrations past.  It's just another endless example of how the media covers the news depending on what party has control of the executive branch of the government.

To add to that, there's this little story on how the liberal media have ignored rallies (that's plural) protesting the Obamacare mandate.  Thus, the media intentionally projects that everyone loves the new law and that once again Barack Obama and the Democrats are the saviours of the American people's hearts and souls.

Contrast these to how the Tea Party was first ignored then smeared by the media to the love-in they have with the violent, anti-Semetic, anti-capitalist Occupy weenies.

Media Continue Their Blackout of Holder Fast and Furious Hearings

In a move that even surprises me, the three major networks have failed to cover the testimony of subpoenad Attorney General Eric Holder in the Fast and Furious scandal that has left over 300 plus Mexicans dead (something, given their presumptuous mandate concerning people of color and human rights and all that) and the fact he has refused to hand over documents detailing the fiasco by the House Oversight Committee.  Holder is in danger of being charged with contempt of Congress for failing to release the documents.

The fact that the liberal media haven't covered the story at all is not surprising in the least.  Actually it is.  Given the broad implications of this hearing, you would figure even the Obama-protecting MSM would find at least some time in their schedule in between their agenda of perpetuating the phony "War on Women" narrative that is still trying to be sold and doing what they can to discredit Mitt Romney.  The really shocking part is the Big Three haven't aired a single story on this major embarrassment to the Obama administration in a year and a half since it broke...on FOX News and right-wing blogs and radio.

Only CBS, the network of Dan Rather you'll remember and his integrity-themed "fake but accurate" meme that he continues to this day, has covered the story.  But even now, their coverage has slipped.

If you only watch the major networks for your news coverage (and multitudes do) you wouldn't even know this story exists.  How much coverage do you think this would be getting, and I mean daily, if Holder was the AG of a Republican president and how responsible would the MSM hold that president?
Yeah, me too.

Obama the Master Orator, Yet Media Still Have to "Clarify" for Him

President Barack Obama has been framed, nay even coronated as a brilliant speaker.  A man who supposedly can talk directly to the people and touch them like no one else whether they be a lowly gas pumper (not that there's anything wrong with that) or a world leader.  So why is it that they are always clarifying what he meant to say?  The latest is of course Obama's "the private sector is doing fine" remark.  That has been actually reported by the media without it, incredibly for the most part, not being spun to retain his "brilliance."  However what is being done is the next best thing, obfuscation.

From he was "taken out of context" to "he screwed up the line" to "he was mostly correct," Obama's allies in the media are yet again doing their transparent best to cover for him instead of letting the "most brilliant president in history" speak for himself.

Trump Speaks the Truth about Left-Wing Double Standard

All right, I'll admit it.  Donald Trump is a flake.  Everybody knows it.  He's definitely not one of my favorite people and is still going on about the whole stupid Obama birth certificate thing.  But when it comes to Democrat or Democrat supporters double-standard on, well, almost everything, Trump is right on the money (pardon the pun).

Left wing darling and perpetually smug, yet fallacious Bill Maher gets to not only insult, demean and smear conservative women with impunity (along with liberal radio hosts Ed Schultz, Mike Malloy and even the malicious female of the left wing air waves, Randi Rhodes) but he also apparently gets to insult conservative people's religion.  Now, I understand Maher is an atheist and that would be fine if he attacked liberals religious beliefs, but he doesn't.  Because if he ever did, it would be all over right-wing blogs under the category of "Unbelievable!  Maher Finally Mocks His Own"  And I understand he has to search fo rthe worst possible things to say about Mitt Romney because he must, at all costs, protect Barack Obama for re-election.  But as Trump says so accurately, if a conservative Republican were to insult a liberal's religion, his or her career may not be over (although you know the left would certainly cry for it in all their hypocritical arrogance) but at the very least said conservative would be forced to apologize.  And everybody knows that too.

The Art of Disenfranchising (The Secret is Only the Republicans Want to do It)

It's one of the sneaky little traits about Democrats, like so many of their ill-fated attempts to project, that they expect no one to really notice I guess.  But to add to the subject of voter ID laws that the Dems are supposed to be so passionately against due to its problematic "disenfranchising" of America where I posted this, here's another little tidbit I'm sure they didn't mean to d...I mean, forgot to hide better.

Spending No Problem for Obama, Unthinkable for Walker

With all the kvetching by the sour-grape-consuming left over the fact that Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker rightfully got the support of the people of his state and retained his job to at least finish out his term, they are trying to insult their viewers and readers by citing the "outspending" of Tom Barrett and the Democrat political machine by donations to Walker's campaign (that actually is something else the Dems are once again embellishing about) that enabled Walker to win.  yes, that's why he won, not because Walker relayed his record and job performance to the voters, but because it was millions of dollars and negative campaign ads towards Barrett.

But the best part is all the while, Barack Obama is reeling in all he possibly can from his liberal celebrity pals.  The left-wing media has absolutely no problem with this of course.

Isn't the "progressive" double standard a wonderful thing?

Same Numbers, But Walker's Win "Narrow" While Obama's "Decisive"

As I and many other bloggers easily predicted, the left-wing media is in full tilt with supplying excuses and spin on the Scott Walker re-call vote victory.  The MSM is in full swing lamenting the fact that although Walker retained his Wisconsin governorship, President Obama still defeated Mitt Romney in exit polls.  As if these polls can accurately depict the November election outcome as they rarely do, many on the left have decided that Walker's seven point victory over Ted Barrett was a "close" vote and that Walker's victory was "slim" or "narrow" and that he merely "survived."

These same "experts" nearly wet their pants pointing out the same margin of victory for Barack Obama over John McCain in 2008 as "decisive."

Once again the braintrusts as MSNBC are attempting to backtrack on their predictions without even remotely acknowledging their gaffes.

As a commenter appropriately parodied, "To everything-spin, spin, spin
There is a season-spin, spin, spin...

More Obama Lies of His Past Exposed, Documents Proof of His Membership of Radical New Party

The left will have a field day with this in an attempt to spin it, deny it or claim it has already been debunked (such as The Huffington Post's John K. Wilson who, in trying to debunk and smear author David Freddoso and the findings in his book, The Case Against Barack Obama: The Unlikely Rise and Unexamined Agenda of the Media's Favorite Candidate, wrote "...the New Party wasn't Marxist. It was a progressive party criticized by the Green Party for being too moderate. It's not exactly shocking to learn that Obama sought to convince progressives to support his campaigns.")
But Stanley Kurtz (a soon to be right-wing smear merchant if he isn't already deemed as one) has uncovered documentation that allegedly proves President Barack Hussein Obama was indeed a member of the radical, far-left socialist organization, the New Party.  An association Obama and his supporters have denied since 2008.  Not this will have any bearing on his presidency, perhaps other than hopefully convince more voters than the man is a professional liar and opportunist and to end his tenure next January 20.

This isn't a new revelation, as the subject was breeched by Freddoso in The Case Against Barack Obama:

"According to the New Ground, the newsletter of the Chicago Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) Obama appeared at the New Party's summer 1995 meeting to seek their endorsement in his state Senate race.  The New Party, the newsletter states, contains a heavy contingent of DSA members and also members of the Committees of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism, a splinter group that broke away from the Communist Party USA after the fall of its financial and ideological patron, the Soviet Union.
Obama obtained the New Party endorsement, but as New Ground states, it came with a price:

Once approved the candidates must sign a contract with the NP.  The contract mandates that they must have a visible and active relationship with the NP."

The MSM will undoubtedly pass on this as they do everything negative related to Obama saying, as I mentioned, it's old news and they'd be right, except of course they covered it before (only because as usual they're scooped by conservative bloggers relaying to their viewers that it was delightfully untrue.  I'm sure they'll just use the same "sources" and "experts" as before and file it under "nothing to see here" as just another right-wing conspiracy, non-news, non-associations as they did with William Ayres, Rod Blagojevich, Jeremiah Wright and all the rest.

Wouldn't it be nice if they treated conservatives and/or Republicans with the same kid-gloves?

Typical Lefty Hypocrisy Tells No Tales About First Lady Photo ID Requirements

With all their crying about "right-wing Jim Crow laws" (which is something the left knows about all too well ) in regards to Republican state voter ID laws, the Obama administration and the liberal media are none too concerned about photo ID being required for people wanting to get their copy of Michelle Obama's new book, "American Grown: The Story of the White House Kitchen Garden and Gardens Across America."  Given the title, I'm assuming it's about healthy lifestyle eating choices and not about how she seems to want to dictate what others should eat while going on an average of 11 vacations a year and allowing her and her daughters to stuff their faces with whatever they want.  Not to mention taking away the freedom of choice of school kids to decide if they want to choose to drink soda at school or if the parents of elementary and middle school children should be able to be allowed to pack their kids own bagged lunches without them being confiscated by school lunch narcs and directed to pre-approved cafeteria "selections."

How much do you want to bet the hypocrisy of all this goes unreported?

True to Form Left Spins Walker Win in the Negative Anyway Possible

As easily predicted, the left has started their moaning and whining about the nine point victory of Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker's recall election.
CNN was sure to interview a highly emotional pro-union, Ted Barrett supporter to minimum effect to viewers that may actually believe what he was claiming about the death of democracy.
"The end of the USA as we know it."  Well, since Barack Obama promised to "fundamentally transform America," I'd say the left got their wish according to this guy.

Of course such claims were never made when after two recounts in 2000, the sore loser liberals had to take the Bush/Gore results to a Florida court only to find Bush still won.  They never claimed the end of democracy or voter fraud when after violence-prone Al Franken won the Minnesota State Senate seat over Norm Coleman after counting seemingly spoiled ballots or ones conveniently found after being discovered in trunks of cars and people's closets.  Who on the left was crying about the death of democracy when the people of California (one of the most hard-left states in the union) voted in favor of the Marriage Protection Act only to see it fall to the left's favorite fall back plan when they lose referendums, they take it to the liberal-filled courts to legislate from the bench and overturn the people's vote.  No one on the left worried about how uneven the the campaign money was flowing when Barack Obama outspent John McCain four to one to path his ascension to the White House.

And now the usual suspects are crying foul because the game wasn't played with their rules.  The spins are already starting with BSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell claiming that despite the exit poles showing Walker and Barrett were at a dead heat at 50-50 and Walker became the first governor to win a recall election with a big margin of victory, that "the really big winner in the Wisconsin recall election is President Obama."

One news outlet, Yahoo News (which has on average 50 percent more traffic than had, as of 11 AM this morning, absolutely nothing on the recall vote; possibly they are just assuming it's all just a bad dream and never happened, or if it's not reported on it will all just go away.
Another reporter at Associated Press, Scott Bauer wrote that "A Marquette University Law School poll released last week showed Walker with a narrow 7-percentage point lead over Barrett, 52 percent to 45 percent."  How many liberal journalists wrote President Obama's margin of victory over McCain as a negative?

The liberal media's belly-aching and take-their-ball-and-go-home approach is very revealing (although not even close to surprising) given their enamoured-filled, wall-to-wall coverage of the 2008 Presidential election results and the Democrat's 2006 Senate takeover.

All this is nothing less than appalling.

Walker Wins

In an election that can't be called anything but a referendum on President Obama and Democrat over-spending (although Obama beat Mitt Romney in polls in the state) Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker is still just that, Wisconsin governor.  And why.  After all the assurances and predictions by liberal journalists and pundits that Walker would be removed from his job, the people of Wisconsin have spoken to the chagrin of those same left-wing and now disappointed and embarrassed journalists and pundits.
Some (like David Shuster and Ed Schultz) predicted that Walker would not only lose his job, but his freedom as well as they were all too sure the governor would be somehow indicted as some criminal and enemy of the people for ending the grip of the all too powerful Wisconsin unions.  Others, like perennial Democrat wise ass and whiner Paul Begala, are now crying foul about dirty pool politics and "typical" Republican vote theft (soon to be crying about some false case of voter fraud, I'm sure) Too bad for them.
How many of them will now backtrack on their derisive, misleading and by some, totally untrue statements about Walker and his apparently popular policies as Walker not only defeated Milwaukee mayor Ted Barrett, but he won by a larger margin than when he originally claimed the governorship?

How this affects the general election in November remains to be seen, but if the gains by Republicans in the last few months and years (Scott Brown, a Republican, winning Ted Kennedy's seat in of all places the very liberal Massachusetts in January 2010, the Republicans making the most gains in the House of Representatives in 72? years in the mid-term elections in 2010, Bob Turner winning Anthony Weiner's vacated House seat in heavily liberal New York in 2011 and just for fun (although this has nothing to do with Republican victories but a litmus test for Obama's so-called "global popularity") the fact that Obama failed to procure the Olympics for Chicago; when in fact Chicago was eliminated from contention on the first ballot.
It's no surprise President Obama finally wised up and didn't bother to stump for Tom Barrett (and now one has to wonder what loyalty the Wisconsin unions still have for the president) as even he probably finally realizes he's a political albatross to Democrats who need a big name to rally support for them.

All that we need to wait for now is the above egg-faced "experts" to make excuses as to how they weren't really wrong, but just "miscalculated" and that no one could have seen this coming.

Pro Walker Marine Arrested at WI Pro Barrett Rally

After putting up with the mob of pro-union thugs (correcting some of their misconceptions of why they have been hoodwinked into wanting to re-call Governor Scott Walker) a U.S. Marine veteran was arrested for "civil unrest" for nothing more than exorcising his constitutional right of peacefully protesting the Wisconsin union thugs that have decimated the state's economy.
Although the pro Walker crowd has been heard enough to the point that the unions are now scared of Walker winning the re-call election, this is the type of fascist actions Walker supporters have had to put up with.

From the SIEU to the Teamsters, this and everything in between, union thuggery has done it's job to scare hard-working Americans into thinking that they should have no power and be afraid of union totalitarianism.

Frightened Schultz Backtracks on Importance of WI Recall Vote

Now that Wisconsin governor Scott Walker has a lead on Democrat Tom Barrett for the Wisconsin governorship, MSNBC resident idiot Ed Schultz has decided that should Walker win, it will have absolutely no effect on the 2012 general election after saying the exact opposite just two days earlier.

You keep up that pristine credibility Sarge.

Another Obama Lie Exposed: Witnessed at Ayers Barbecue After Voted in as Illinois Senator

When Barack Obama denied any association with domestic terrorist William Ayres ("...just some guy in the neighborhood") and his wife Bernadine Dohrn in the 2008 Democratic primaries and again in the presidential general election, the people that said he was lying and in fact his political career started in the living room of the former Weather Underground, people like author David Fredosso who documented Obama's rise in The Case Against Barack Obama: The Unlikely Rise and Unexamined Agenda of the Media's Favorite Candidate and his ongoing Chicago thug politics once becoming president in Gangster Government: Barack Obama and the New Washington Thugocracy, were branded as unpatriotic, liars and right-wing extremists.

Now that denial has been exposed as the lie as it was back then as new evidence has surfaced in a purged blog post that had been captured as a screen shot that illustrates Obama indeed associated with Ayres and Dohrn well after his initial genesis of his Illinois State Senator campaign.

The media will of course try to ignore this and when they can no longer do this they will play it off as non-important because he already got away with it and the country should be concentrating on bigger, more important problems (because a United States president who lied about his past associations and won't reveal any of his college associations and true ideology to misle his way into the White House while the national media slept due to their fawning isn't important after all) like the economy (which he mangled even further beyond comprehension).

Just like his close, loving association with radical racialist professor Derrik Bell that the MSM collectively ignored went away, so to will this when they willingly cast it aside into political oblivion to help their hero get re-elected.

Support for Darwinism Falling?

Although I don't think one can completely disregard the science of evolution in nature, it seems the opinion that man's origins that are completely based on the natural selection theory may be losing support.

PA Democratic Leader Leaves Party Over Obama’s Support for Same-Sex Marriage

When Arlen Spector switched political parties from the Repiublicans to the Democrats in hope of saving his hemoraging political career (which failed miserably) the liberal media and President Barack Obama were all over it welcoming Spector into their fold like a defecting Soviet of old.

Now that the president and founder of the Blair County Federation of Democratic Women has left her party due to not only the Democrat stance of continually and historically being pro-abortion, but the “final straw” that she cited was President Obama’s support for same-sex marriage., how much time will the MSM devote to her leaving the People`s Party?

Conservative Think Tank Attorney Threatens Legal Action if Maddow Doesn`t Apologize for Alleged Libelous Claims

Oh man, YES!  That Rachel dude is in it now.  Let's see hope stubborn and arrogant she really is when she tries to explain her way out of this only to realize it wasn't an apology and has to defend herself in court.

Liberal Bias is Open-Mindedness (Whew)

With a new book out entitled, "Cronkite," by Douglas Brinkley that shines new light on Walter Cronkite's liberal bias and debunks the myth that he was the "most trusted man in news," Cronkite's son Chip, yes Chip understandably tried to defend his father's legacy.  But when his best summation is that liberal bias "is just open-mindedness," it kind of makes you wonder if there's any Cronkite male that knows what bias is and how it affects people's opinions when framed unfairly?

Tim Graham reveals little Chippers shortcomings as well.

Ah, the liberal family tree.

Incompetent Krugman Gets Schooled Yet Again

Does it ever end for this guy and his never-ending ignorance and incompetence.  Seriously.  I mean really, really seriously.  What the hell does a Nobel Prize even mean if given to a lame, tunnel vision poser like Krugman? And Obama. By the way, he also tried once again, like the sniveling little left-wing Obama apologist he is,to excuse the president's complete incompetence in the field of economics by trying to sell the old, worn-out trick of blaming the current Congress, when he whined,"It's terribly unfair that he's being judged on the failure of the economy to respond to policies that had been largely dictated by a hostile Congress."

Indeed.  Does Krugman really think, is he really that arrogant to believe people will fall for that ridiculous, transparent excuse?  Is he (conveniently?) forgetting when Obama walked into the White House with a filibuster-proof Democrat-controlled Congress in 2009.  Does he think people don't know about his idea to prop up TARP?  Or how about how he wanted Bush to release funding for Solyndra before he even got to disrespect the Resolute Desk by putting his feet on it?  Of course Bush didn't and Obama couldn't wait until he could to prove who the wiser of the two presidents were.  But, I digress. Krugman is quite the tool.
