Republican Amendments to Recounciliation

The supposed "Party of No" has tried to do their part to fix, as best they can, the monstrosity that is Obamacare. Most of which have been or will be voted down by the Democrats.

James Cameron, Typical Elitist

Let me start off by saying, I loved The Terminator series and thoroughly enjoyed Titanic. But that having been said...

It's typical in that James Cameron can say divisive, hateful, controversial things and the liberal media will not say a thing about it, other than to pat him on the back and re-affirm his righteousness and self-affirmation as being "King of the World." In fact, in no way, shape or form will his rant be described as "controversial" by the media.

He made quite clear in his expletive-filled diatribe on Tuesday that he has no patience for global warming deniers (aka common sense truth seekers) and Glenn Beck. Once again an upholder of the ideology of "tolerance" can''t seem to tolerate any view but his own. As for the global warming bit, don't true believers in science continually try to prove themselves wrong instead of settling and staunchly defending their findings? I don't think Thomas Edison, Benjamin Franklin or especially Albert Einstein settled on their first, second, or 15th findings. Einstein was constantly trying to prove his own theories wrong. I do believe he would scoff at the hysterics of Al Gore and the global warming family. In fact (as a commenter on the NewsBusters story noted) didn't he say, "Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe."

Another commenter at the bottom of the page hit the nail smack dab on the head when he said, "... if the party roles were reversed in the media, tomorrow's NYT headlines would read......
Propaganda Director Cameron Inciting "Climate Frauds" to Assassinate Rush Limbaugh and the Like-minded: Radical Film-Maker Also Wants High-Noon Showdown with Scientists
If Rush Limbaugh were to have made these kind of loon statements, Congress would be censuring him right now. What a bunch of F------ A--holes!"

That is certainly a fact. Again, what will the MSM have to say about this and how much will they pour on the "he's such a hater" drivel? My guess is not much and none at all.

Hmm. Maybe he's still upset that his ex-wife beat him out of the Best Picture and Best Director Oscars.

Another Hollywood Anti-War Flop

More lost money, more left-wing propaganda.

The new Matt Damon/Paul Greengrass anti-war/Bush-bashing film, Green Zone cost $150 million, and has taken in close to a decent $25 million as of this writing, still only approximately 1/4 of it's budget. Surely not what Universal nor lefty propagandists, Damon and Greengrass would have liked for their revisionist piece of work. Odd, coming from the director that gave us United 93. And although more successful than the previous bombs in this post, certainly this film can not be classified as such, Green Zone will be another anti-war film that just didn't do what the producers hoped it would-make Americans revile Bush, depise the CIA and be cynical about their own country. With all these films tanking, again it is quite clear that the message is more important than the money. Which should be a good thing, but in the bizarro world that is Hollywood, it is dumb-founding.

Big Hollywood's John Nolte has a review.

Schuster Gets Punked

It's about time a conservative was not only a guest on A-Mess-NBC, but a black one that could dispel (to the seemingly all-white on-air employees there) that the networks never-ending racism charges are made-up and desperate.

David Schuster, along with Rachel Maddow, Keith Olbermann, Ed Schultz, Chris Matthews and the rest of the MSNBC race-baiters just keep pushing this crap with no evidence whatsoever, as evidenced by Jackson's question of "Do you have the actual evidence of the people who threw [bricks into Democrat office windows]?" No answer by Schuster. And unfortunately for him, he couldn't call Jackson himself a racist . I'm surprised his head didn't explode and call Jackson a self-hating black man. Or, maybe he was able to restrain himself because, like Matthews, he forgot Jackson was black?

Man, these crackpots sure do like fishing for any type of allegations of anything with no proof at all, don't they?

Just Like Global Warming, Global Cooling, SARS, etc.

It seems (like I was telling anybody that would listen) the H1N1, or Swine Flu, wasn't nearly as bad as the U.N. and (once again) especially the media said it was. This thing has been around a while. Years. I mean there were public service announcements in the 70's by members of the Pittsburgh Steelers (among others) I tried to find the video on YouTube to no avail. Yes, people have died and that's no laughing matter, but to parallel it to the bubonic plague is ludicrous. It really is no different than any seasonal flu in any given year. Paranoia reigns supreme on anything these days. Common sense, people. Don't be taken in. Be careful, but don't be a sucker.

Canada's Stimulus Plan Had Little Effect

For all you out there that think the Recovery Act or "stimulus" will benefit America through long-term job creation and deficit reduction (as some have said) take a look at this story about Canada's "stimulus." Yeah, it's a different country, but the same sort of plan. And it didn't work here either. The proof is in the pudding, it seems. Conservative or liberal, spending money to save an economy doesn't seem to be a good idea, does it?

Chavez's Arm of Totalitarinism Extends

What do you think of your pal again, Mr. Penn? Oh, right, you agree with this.

Mark Steyn Revisited

Ann Coulter was stopped from giving a talk at an Ottawa university on Tuesday night, due to violent protesters. It is without a doubt, more exceptional evidence that freedom of speech does not exist in my homeland. Disgusting. Every word Coulter said after the cancellation is absolutely true. A Muslim, especially the radicals, are given free reign, while dissenters to their philosophies, especially conservatives, are censored and banned-for words they haven't even spoken.

"Rita Valeriano was one of several protesters inside the hall who, with chants of 'Coulter go home!' shouted down the International Free Press Society of Canada organizer who was addressing the crowd.
Valeriano, a 19-year-old sociology and women’s studies student, said later that she was happy Coulter was unable to speak the 'hatred' she had planned to.
'On campus, we promise our students a safe and positive space,' she said. 'And that’s not what (Coulter) brings."

That's why they had weapons? To make the students safe? Riiiight. Is that why liberal speakers such as Al Gore and Bill Clinton are invited back time and time again, with no need for bodyguards, unaccosted? The student body of the University of Ottawa is now the Canadian arm of the Black Panther Party?

"Jonathan Reid, 18, a Carleton political science student and a fan of Coulter, brought a book to be signed."

"It’s a shame,' Reid said of the cancellation. 'They claim we’re the intolerant ones, yet they’re the ones who refuse to allow a Conservative speaker to come to campus. That is the definition of intolerance.'

Exactly! Hypocrite, thy name is liberal.

This is very remeniscent of when Mark Steyn was sued (and exonerated) for his book, "America Alone: The End of the World As We Know It" (that was essentially a book of statistics) that the bleeding hearts and Canadian Nazi's (namely Muslim hate groups such as the Canadian Islamic Congress and the NDP) wanted banned.

Steyn also has a opinion on this, as, again, he would know all about liberal hatred and intolerence. Thank God for Mr. Steyn. He's dead on again.

CTV reports fear of violence. Only by the 2000 armed liberal nutcases.

Arrogant Huffington Shows the World Why Only Liberals Have the Right to Free Speech

Not to disgust you with any free publicity for, or to nauseate you with any of their anti-Constitutional rhetoric, Their Royal Loonesses, Kieth Olbermann and Ariana Huffington, like all dangerous liberals, believe that only their own kind should be given the liberty of free speech while spewing their hatred and unsubstantiated clams.

Once again, Olbermann's near-zero ratings have forced him to turn from crappy sportscaster to wanna-be "journalist" and throw out the Constitutional rights for anyone but him and his insane kind. So, to stoke the fires of communism, he had one of his favourite low-key, fire-throwers on "Countdown," to shill for the censorship of those who don't think whacky liberal-think. Or, better yet those who don't think at all.

I guess if you can't generate your own ratings, attack the ones who can. If it's not Bill O'Reilly, it has to be Glenn Beck.

OLBERMANN: [Glenn Beck is] "the most important mainstream media figure who has repeatedly helped to stoke fires of anti-government anger. It would be nice to think of Glenn Beck just as a joke, as fodder for this show and the "Daily Show" and others that point out how stupid some of this stuff is. But this report, you know, suggests something else, this is - fear-monger-in-chief term is frightening."

HUFFINGTON: "It is frightening. "Well, I would say the fear-monger-in-chief title should still be reserved for Dick Cheney, even in retirement. But barring that, there is something that we need to really pay attention to with Glenn Beck. We cannot just dismiss him. Because the truth of the matter is that there is a good reason why we have an exemption to the free speech protection by the First Amendment when we say you cannot shout 'fire' in a crowded theater. And he's doing that every night. He's basically using images of violence to bring together with all that he's accusing the Obama administration of, which varies from racism to communism, Nazism and everything else in between. So, all that has definitely an impact. I believe words matter, language matters and he's using it in incredibly irresponsible ways night after night."

So hypocrisy and lies by Olbermann on a nightly basis and the irresponsibility of Huffington to allow (and in fact, endorse) hateful and vitriolic comments on her site doesn't, combined with the(apparently forgotten) attacks on President Bush, constitute "fear-mongering" or hate? Obviously, not if your a liberal.

Really? Wow. How much of a total sheep or mentally unbalanced do you have to be to be mesmerized by someone on television to the point where you a) can't distinguish between hate and sarcasm, b) will do anything they say and c) just simply can't change the channel if you don't agree with what someone is saying?
Instead of fighting facts with facts (I know, mission impossible for a liberal) the left has to propagate the denial of rights to an American citizen (of course, while giving habeas corpus to non-Americans) Classic, post-modern liberalism, folks.

The story and video via the Culture and Media Institute...

Amazing, isn't it? Let's hear it for communism!
Speaking of the lies and hypocrisy of Herr Olbermann, does anyone remember this from December, speaking on the Obamacare bill (as it stood then?)
"This is not health, this is not care, this is certainly not reform.... They must now not make the defeat worse by passing a hollow shell of a bill just for the sake of a big-stage signing ceremony.
You have just agreed to purchase a product. If you do not, you will be breaking the law and subject to a fine. You have no control over how much you will pay for the product.... The bill now is little more than a legally mandated delivery of the middle class (and those whose dreams of joining it slip ever further away) into a kind of Chicago stockyards of insurance. Make enough money to take care of yourself and your family and you must buy insurance -- on the insurers terms -- or face a fine.
This provision must go. It is, above all else, immoral and a betrayal of the people who elected you, Sir. You must now announce that you will veto any bill lacking an option or buy-in, but containing a mandate. And Sen. Reid, put the public option back in, or the Medicare Buy-In, or both....
No single payer? No sale. No public option? No sale. No Medicare buy-in? No sale. I am one of the self-insured, albeit by choice. And I hereby pledge that I will not buy this perversion of health care reform. Pass this at your peril, Senators, and sign it at yours, Mr. President. I will not buy this insurance. Brand me a lawbreaker if you choose. Fine me if you will. Jail me if you must."
A pledge? Will he stand by it, or simply continue his slobbering love affair with everything Obama? I'd bet on the latter.

Former al Qaeda Recruiter to be Released from Gitmo

Great. Mohamedou Slahi, who recruited four 9/11 hijackers and the Millenium Bomber, Ahmed Ressam has been ordered to be released from Guantanamo Bay.

HotAir's Allahpundit has more...

The good news is, he'll probably change his ways, renounce terrorism and finally understand what a great and forgiving country America is. No worries about recidivism here.

UPDATE: Here's the back story that the AP refused to submit...

Robertson's other "decisions"...

He threw out Ken Starr’s charges against the Clintons’ bag man and fall guy, Web Hubbell.
He has protected many other Clinton cronies over the years.
He blocked the release of First Lady Hillary Clinton’s phone records from FOIA requests.
He also summarily released 30 other terrorists detainees last November.
But probably most telling is he is the same judge who handed down the Hamdan ruling, when he demanded that foreign combats should receive habeas corpus rights.

What a purveyor of justice, huh?

Another Lefty Calling the American People Stupid

Once again, the smug, arrogant, never-ending insults about concerned American citizens have come rolling in from the left. This time CNN political analyst, Roland Martin says Americans are too dumb to understand the difference between communism and socialism. Moreover, they can't even spell the two words, much less understand what they mean.

You see what happens when liberals get a little taste of victory, despite-or to spite-the anger and concern from the vast majority of the American people? Their holier-than-thou predispositions come shining through. It's quite ironic that Martin is upholding the very attitude and ideology that he says the American people don't understand.

Bias? What bias?

Schlussel Allegations "Fundamentally Flawed"

An update from a previous post about the smear on Sean Hannity from Deborah Schlussel. Her story seems to be falling apart. Tim Mak of Frum Forum has more evidence about why Ms. Schlussel, apart from her biting comments against radical Islam, has no business calling herself a conservative.

What's more, American Spectator editor R. Emmett Tyrrell, Jr., got into the act and retracted a piece by columnist, John Tabin who fell for Schlussel's un-researched and heavily libelous work. In the words of Tabin himself, Schlussel has a lot of explaining to do.

A Good Night for Tyranny

A great article by Gary Graham at Big Hollywood about the oppression of Obamacare and the near-death of liberty.

ACORN Disbanding

Hallelujah. Well, they got away with the advocating of tax fraud, tax evasion, prostitution (involving minors) among other crimes that liberals love and pat each other on the back for. But apparently the The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now is toast.
As the column pointed out, the MSM is not happy. Aww.

But before you get too excited (or too depressed) about the whole thing, keep in mind they will set up shop somewhere under a different name, but of course with the same agenda and illegalities.

Let's all toast the courage and conviction of James O'Keefe, Hannah Giles (she'll need a lot of luck getting a mainstream job at any MSM outlet after this) and Andrew Brietbart. It seems the pen (or in this case, the camera) is indeed mightier than the sword.

More Racism Lies from the Left

So the looney left once again pulled their magic racism card to villify the Tea Party. Except when the Congressional Black Caucas arrived for the Obamacare vote, there was not a racist comment to be heard. Nor was anyone spit on, despite what the lefty bloggers and the MSM would love for you to believe. Sorry MSNBC, sorry CNN, sorry CBS, it didn't work this time (or any other time for that matter)
Don't you think with the CBC's own members recording the whole thing on their camera phones they would have caught something? It seems the only thing that was caught was the left lying about racism claims...again.

UPDATE: Was this all set up by the media in the first place?

Zo Nation: The Fall of America

Freedom Alliance Defends Sean Hannity

A bit of old news, but the Freedom Alliance debunks more lies meant to smear a conservative, even from a so-called conservative.

As a commentor pointed out, "Go to pp. 4, 19 of the 2006 tax returns and you will see very clearly that $5 million was put into the scholarship trust fund in 2006 alone. The useful idiot Debbie claims that only @ $380k was given out in scholarships. She conveniently leaves out the millions that have been put into the scholarship fund."

Even Media Matters won't confirm her story.

As I Said...

Yeah it will. Are we to expect anything less? This is the greatest accomplishment by the greatest human EVER!!

Dems Win;Government-Run Healh Care a Reality

Good luck.

The House of Representatives passed the sweeping health care legislation in a 219-212 vote that will allegedly cover 32 million uninsured Americans and take control of 1/6 of the American economy.

The loons are going to love this, even though they don't even know what they're going to be paying for. The code words and lawyer-speak will have people paying for abortions (it'll be in there) sex-changes, breast implants and every little bit of useless cosmetic surgery that the average American will pay for whether they like it or not. The Obamaphiles in the media are going to fawn all over The One until Doomsday. It will cost a lot of Dems their jobs come November, and most likely Obama's job come 2012, but they don't care. They won, that's all that matters to them. It's all about their legacy. And what a legacy it will be. No jobs, people losing their homes, children going hungry (hear that Howard dean?) all in the name of political power. This was never about the welfare of the people, if so, why don't the members of Congress give up their coverage and accept what the average American will be getting? Say goodbye to your freedom of choice. I hope puting the radicals in power was worth it.

$940 billion anyone? Where's that coming from? Your grandchildren and then some.

By the way, blanket amnesty for the Dems illegal victims (you know, the ones they keep down for political gain) is next. Why not? They've already proven they can by-pass any rules what-so-ever to achieve what they want. The most ethical Congress EVER!

GOP Health Care Ideas

Whaddya mean you haven't heard of any? Oh, that's right, the DNC and their media-enablers have been lying to you. The horrors, huh?

TRANSCRIPT:

Hello, I’m House Republican Leader John Boehner. I’m speaking to you from the Capitol, where in a matter of hours, the House of Representatives will vote on health care legislation sure to have a drastic effect on our economy and our lives.
It was here fourteen months ago that President Obama took the oath of office with a promise to govern from the center. Republicans stood ready to work with our new president and find common ground to address the issues Americans care about.
Unfortunately, President Obama and Democrats in Washington chose a partisan path and a costly, big-government agenda.
The trillion-dollar ‘stimulus’ isn’t working as struggling families continue to ask: ‘where are the jobs?’ And taxpayers’ hard-earned money is being spent so fast that two trillion dollars has been added to the national debt on President Obama’s watch.
Now Democrats want the federal government to take over health care, which represents one-sixth of our economy.
From the beginning, the one thing the American people wanted out of health care reform was lower costs. That’s why Republicans proposed a bill based on common-sense reforms that, according to the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office, would reduce premiums for families and small businesses by up to 10 percent. Our bill achieves these goals without cutting Medicare or raising taxes. All of the details are available at healthcare.gop.gov.
The Democrats’ bill, which runs more than 2,300 pages, actually raises premiums and ushers in a massive expansion of government – with roughly 160 new boards, bureaus, and commissions.
Instead of finding a responsible way to pay for all this, Democrats impose more than half-a-trillion dollars in Medicare cuts and more than half-a-trillion dollars in tax hikes.
In fact, this bill requires 10 years of tax increases and 10 years of Medicare cuts just to pay for six years of supposed benefits, many of which don’t even go into effect until 2014. That’s not reform.
It’s clear where the American people stand. They want no part of this bill, and they haven’t been shy about saying so. We’ve seen standing room only crowds at town hall meetings. Rallies in towns and cities around the country. And now, jammed phone lines on Capitol Hill. All of this coming from citizens yelling ‘stop’ at the top of their lungs.
But Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Democrat Leaders are too blinded by their ‘Washington knows best’ attitude, too out-of-touch with the concerns of working families, to listen.
Instead of trying to do better, Democrats have packed this bill full of kickbacks, payoffs, and sweetheart deals in order to buy the support of lawmakers and Washington special interest groups.
Democrats are so afraid of the public’s outrage that they have devised a strategy that would allow them to force this massive bill through Congress without even voting on it. It’s outrageous, and it’s an affront to the principles of representative democracy.
We were elected to make tough choices, not run from them. And this vote is certainly one of the toughest.
With that in mind, I asked Speaker Pelosi to have the final health care votes recorded by a ‘call of the roll.’ Under this procedure, each lawmaker will have to stand before the American people and announce his or her vote.
The stakes are too high, and this bill is too controversial, for anything less than complete transparency and accountability. It’s time to stand up and be counted.
Don’t let Democrats in Washington take this debate away from you. Don’t let them make this about arm-twisting and backroom deals.
And don’t let President Obama get away with asking his fellow Democrats to vote for this bill to save his presidency.
Because this vote isn’t about saving a presidency or a politician. It’s about doing the right thing for our kids and grandkids. It’s about ensuring that freedom and opportunity remain the birthright of our people. And it’s about listening to the hard-working taxpayers who sent us here.
That’s why the only responsible course of action is to scrap this health care bill. Let’s start over with a clean sheet of paper. Let’s work together on a step-by-step approach focused on lowering costs for families and small businesses.
Republicans can’t beat this bill, but the American people can. It’s not too late to make your voice heard. Thank you for listening.

Obama's "Potatoe"

The MSM made sure we certainly don't think that! We must protect him. Protect the leader.

Another Bidenism

This time the brainiac that is the Vice-President, "asked for God's blessing for the late mother of Irish Prime Minister Brian Cowen during a White House celebration of St. Patrick's Day — except the elderly lady is very much alive."

What a genius.

And from Biden's lips to God's ears, "he then cited the Irish proverb that "a silent mouth is sweet to hear" and yielded the podium to the president."

If only.

Iran Aiding al Queda

Idaho First to Sign Law Aimed at Health Care Plan

The Party of No is Not Quite

As this post from Paul Ryan via "The MaryHunter", from Moonbattery.com, the Republicans do have alternate ideas on health care that the media downplays and the Dems simply lie about. How wonderfully magnanimous the "party of the people" are, huh?

Or how about...

For Your Amusement

Obamafeld...

Is Israel a Danger to U.S. Troops?

Of course they are...according to an advisor of a former "Palestinian" terrorist. Of course the terrorist in question, Yasser Arafat, is only a former terrorist, because he's dead...to the dissapointment of the left, of course.

Obama Talks Health Care with Bret Baier

Surprising that he went on FOX News at all. Stuttering and stammering as usual.
Be careful not to interrupt his eminence there, Bret.
Did Obama answer anything? Why do Democrats always get ticked off whenever they're asked tough questions? Remember Slick Willy and Chris Wallace, or Hillary Clinton and an African student?

Happy St. Patty's Day

We're all Irish today.

Sorry about the language...but what an awesome flick!

Get a Load of This...Load

Apparently the abortion section of Obamacare is relevent and just because live babies "cost too much."

Ah, the Democrats. The party of "Screw you!"

Matthews Really Is A Joke

Is this guy serious? Debate on MSNBC and CNN? Between who and about what? Olbermann and Maddow about who's more of a raving lefty loon?
I realize Tingle is a hard-left Obamaphile, but to blatantly lie like this, repeatedly, is below even him. How do you have a debate when all of your guests nod in agreement with eveything you say like Bryant Gumble? Mmm Hmm. Mmm Hmm. Right, right. Mmm Hmm.

Cafferty Says Pelosi Ways "Sleazy"

Can't argue with that. In fact Nancy Pelosi is proving herself with every waking day to be the most unethical Speaker of the House in history.
Most ethical Congress ever? Yeah, sure.
I guess Cafferty does call it as he see it after all. I know, I know. I was on him about him being on Bush so much (of which, he still didn't fully deserve) but I'm starting to realize he may just be more objective than I gave him credit for. Of course, Wolf Blitzer wouldn't be himself if he didn't defend ol' Blinky.

Gibbs Holds Up His End

Robert Gibbs finally did something honest and donned the jersey of Team Canada (eat it Gibbsy!) that was a result of a bet he made with his Canadian counterpart, Dimitri Soudas, over the gold medal game between Canada and the United States at the Vancouver Olympics. However, his boss-you know the president-still hasn't sent the case of beer he owes to Stephen Harper.

Obama Congradulates the Iraqi People on Successful Elections

But no nods to the rightful architect of the success, former president Bush.

Obama/Biden voted against the surge, were against the war from the start, wanted the troops immediately pulled out years ago that would have resulted in al Qaida taking control of the country, slaughtering hundreds of thousands in the process, and he has the nerve to give Bush no credit whatsoever? Typical. Now of course, after all their ballyhooing, the left is giving Obama credit for success in Iraq? That's what their liberal textbooks will say, count on it.

"...Millions of Iraqis turned out to exorcise their right to vote with enthusiasm and optimism. Today's voting makes it clear that the future of Iraq belongs to the people of Iraq."

Who made that possible? Two men who wanted to leave Iraq in the hands of a murderous dictator, or the man who against all odds and against all obstacles made it possible?

The president did give credit to the soldiers on the ground fighting for the Iraqi people, both Iraqi and American, but not one mention to the man who took the brunt, if not all, of the insults, death threats, and media admonishment. It would have given him instant credibility from his opponents, but he just couldn't bare hearing the rage from his far-left constituents.

Obama Donates $1.4 Million Nobel Prize To Charities

Good for you, Mr. President. I was going to say let's hope it's not to curry favor or buy votes...but, I won't.

Reid's Wife and Daughter Involved in Car Accident

Suffice to say, let's hope they're ok. Unlike the death-wishers of far-left liberals who wish nothing but pain, agony and death upon any conservative, Republican and that of their families.

Dead in the water? I guess not all Dems are sputtering morons.

Obama Will Make Good on Lost Bet

Will make good, huh? Not has made good, but will make good. Yet another delivery failure. Why am I not surprised at this? And, hmm, something else Obama lost.

How To Explain American Politics To An Eight-Year-Old

Kid: Daddy, how did Barrack Obama get elected?

Daddy: Mikey, that's a very good question. Would you like Daddy to explain how that happened?

Kid: Yes, very much!

Daddy: OK, but you have to listen carefully. This gets a little confusing.

Kid: OK, I will.

Daddy: Everything starts with the Circle Talkers (Liberals) trying to fool the Moron Class (Independents and Moderates) into thinking they are intelligent and to follow them by saying things that the Moron Class can't understand. The Moron Class thinks this means the Circle Talkers are much smarter than they are, but in reality the Circle Talkers don't really know what they are saying either.
The Fools (Mainstream Media) help the Circle Talkers by claiming they have the best ideas and telling the Moron Class how bad those evil Straight Talkers (Conservatives) are. The Straight Talkers attempt to refute this notion through Truth Outlets (Right Wing Media), however, the Fools and Circle Talkers combine forces with one another in an attempt to convince the Moron Class that the Straight Talkers and their Truth Outlets are actually liars - even though they know they are not.
Eventually, the Moron Class makes up their mind and votes for the the Circle Talker or the Straight Talker. Last year, they voted for the Circle Talker and that is how Barrack Obama became President.
Do you understand all of that Mikey?

Kid: Yeah, I guess. Was there a moral to that story Daddy?

Daddy: There was son. The moral of the story is that the leader of the free world was elected by Morons.

Brilliant.

Obamaisms & Bidenisms

Finally. I have compiled a list of gaffes and dumb quotes by President Obama and Vice-President, Joe Biden. Bushims, Obamaisms. Fair is fair, right? But, again, where are the accusations that Obama is an idiot? Especially in light of the recent healh care fiasco in which his party (that has controlled Congress since 2006) can't pass, without ramming it down the throats of the approximately 75% (at last count) of Americans that don't want it. Let's see, a super-majority in Congress, they can't pass the "most crucial peace of legislation of this generation" and it's the Republicans fault? But, I digress.

1/3 of All U.S. Casualties in Afghan War Have Occurred Since Obama Ordered Escalation

Remember that's 1/3 after only being president for one year. Not six! Again, where's Code Pink? Where's Cindy Sheehan? Where's Michael Moore? Where's the outrage?

Unemployment Claims Up 12%

So the president has "saved or created four million jobs?" Then what's this? In the past two weeks, no less. So either their projections are waaay off, or the Dem leader is a wee bit dishonest. But, that can't be.

In case you missed this little gem,
"This is certainly not surprising given the very adverse weather conditions for the eastern half of the country, especially in the major population areas," said Robert Dye, a senior economist at PNC Financial Services. "Weather has a huge impact, particularly with things like construction, which remains very soft."

So, it's not that the president and Congress (including the Republicans therein) have failed to create jobs it's the weather that's keeping people from working. I see. So now global warming is the reason for unemployment?
Even if it does affect construction jobs, aren't those the same type of jobs that would dissapear after the projects are completed anyway? Like when FDR's great (but failed) "New Deal" went downhill after the highways and biways (and bridges, etc.) were completed?

And also...
And what about...?

And don't even bother saying the old Democrat/Obama scapecoat line, "It's Bush's fault!" Barry has been in office for over a year now. He's the man, he's responsible (plus, anyone with half a brain and any honesty will at least be looking at Frank, Dodd, Clinton...oh and Obama himself, by the way) he's the one that was going to save everyone and change the world, remember?

Media Research Center-Bias 101...From 1981

Nothing's changed...or rather it's gotten worse.
Of course the left will lambast this as hypcritical bias from the right. Befoer they're hit over the head witht the fact that this is from 1981, when the left had total control of the media. Newspapers, T.V, magazines, not to mention the hippie-professors at universities across the nation when they didn't have to worry about their bias being exposed by the internet and the rise and success of Rush Limbaugh.

But an exellent read, even if it's findings are quite obvous today.

UPDATE: The people have spoken. It's going to be left alone, as it should.

Canadian National Anthem Under Scrutiny

I guess winning the Olympic hockey gold medal wasn't nearly enough to bring the country together as much as us whacky canucks may have thought. Now the government is seriously considering changing a line in the national anthem to make it gender neutral. Apparently, as reported by the Toronto Star, female constituents are "wrankled" by the line "all thy sons command."
I guess women's lib in my homeland has indeed run amok. I didn't know there were feminists in the Conservative Party. Isn't that wonderful?

Great. Like Canada isn't made fun enough (most assuredly undeserving) already.
I know I say this enough as it is, but un-be-lievable!

Not everyone agrees, of course. I agree. Leave it alone. Jeez. It just takes one feminist to stir the pot.

Where Do Atheists Come From?

Whether you're a believer in God or not, this is a very good article. But in the end I believe it just leaves more questions.
A good compendium to this article recently released.

My exit questions are: If the original author of the second article/study surmises that liberals and atheists are so much more intelligent. How come a) They have never really proved evolution beyond a shadow of a doubt, even after centuries of science? b) The current U.S. liberal government can't solve any problems (especially with their administration filled with "whiz-kids?" and c) How come all the scientists and Nobel laureates can't convince most people that climate change is actually caused by man? Even with their cherry-picked "evidence" and cover-ups?

Obama Sees the Light?

Throwing Holder under the bus? Isn't this something Bush would have recommended? Hmmm.

Ed Morrisey of HotAir has a good take.

Lockdown at Pentagon

At approximately 6:40 pm EST, a man, without saying a word, walked up to the first security check-point and proceeded to pull out a gun and start shooting after police asked him for clearence. Two officers were shot, as well as the suspect, who is reported to be in custody.

UPDATE: Suspect dead.
More details...
Second suspect?

From Patterico's Pontifications, Bedell was a Bush-hating, lefty, 9/11 Truther. Surprise!

Upon further examination of his Amazon book list...
http://patterico.com/files/2010/03/Bedell-Amazon-2.jpg
Plus, some of this whack-jobs rants...

From a couple of commenters from said blog, "In typical lefty pundit fashion, when can we start to blame the authors of the books on his wish list for inciting the violence?"
SaintGeorgeGentile
And "The media will either downplay this incident or go with the “anti-government” line while ignoring all the anti-Bush,9/11 truther,”no blood for oil” drivel this guy supported and shared ideologically with liberals on."-Baxter Greene

Agreed. The media will hide it like they did when Obama-supporting wackjob Amy Bishop slaughtered three professors last month in Alabama.
Moreover, we are going to hear how the gun ban was struck down and this happened because of it. Actually, it happened in spite of it. The media will refuse to see the difference, I'm sure.

Also what about those college clowns Avery and Bermas that produced the debacle (and oh so filled with factual errors and ouright falsehoods) Loose Change? Where's their admonishment? I mean, I don't see Hannity's or Coulter's or Limbaugh's or Beck's hand in this. Although, I'm sure the Olberloon's, Madcow's and Chris Tingles will. They almost have to, don't they?

"Einstein" Cyber Shield About to Go Online

A good plan and a needed one. However since it's just more or less an extension of the Bush administration's "domestic spying," I'll be waiting for the outrage from Obama supporters who cried foul about invasion of privacy from Bush and company.

Hmm. Another dumb Bush plan that the brilliant Obama couildn't think of on his own. Or worse yet, all those Obama sheep won't say a word about it. Ignorant or cowardly? You choose.

This is why he was elected, folks.

Montana Judge Rules Against High School Validictorian

Back in 2008, Rennee Griffith was a valedictorian for her senior Butte, Montana class. In her speech she wanted to mention God and Christ just once each. The uptight, intolerant, little dictators at her school said "Whoa, you can't do that!" So she took her case to the Montana Court of Appeals and was wrongfully denied there too.
This is what's called a precedence. Nice going Montana.

Where is the ACLU on this one? Oh right. Miss Griffith is not Muslim.
And in Oklahoma...
People better start waking up!

Brooklyn D.A. Finds No Fault with ACORN

Un-freaking-believable. Brooklyn District Attorney, Charles Hynes has "wrapped up" his months-long "investigation" into the ACORN affair that freelance journalist and investigator, James O'Keefe and Hannah Giles uncovered with his findings being, no crimes were commited. So O'Keefe is being indicted for "wire-tapping," while the employees of ACORN's multiple offices across the country are getting away with advovating and soliciting child prostitution, tax fraud, mortgage fraud, money laundering and whatever else? Jutice served, huh?

Since I know you lefties just hate her, that's all the more reason to show you Ann Coulter's take on this.

From propping up ACORN's illegal activities to allowing the Black Panthers to freely intimidate voters...Eric Holder must be proud.

Liberal Media Proves Once Again They Love to Re-Write History

By cropping President Bush out of the picture, this is an obvious pre-cursor and one of the left's sorry attempts at re-writing history yet again. This time so their Dear Leader can claim victory in Iraq (MSNBC especially..really no surprise?) Why does nothing these losers do surprise me anymore? Infuriate? Sure, but surprise? Not in the slightest.

Obama Now Taking Tips from Blagojevich

It may not be illegal, but both being from the land of Chicago thug-politics, this is not surprising.
Desperation is now setting in.

Want to Talk About Paranoia and Hate?

Arianna Huffington (the poor man's Zsa Zsa Gabor) knows all about it. She not only allows hate-filled, misinformed, uneducated vile on her website, she chooses it, in typical liberal projection and hypocrisy.

This is what Ms. Huff-and-I'll-puff-and-I'll-puff-ington does and allows on her website that somehow passes for "journalism."

Great idea. I'm all for it. But, it's not like Grant didn't do his part.
Can't you just hear the lefties going absolutely ballistic?

Another Speech, More GOP Blame

Even though at last count, only 25% of Americans favor the health-care reform bill as it now stands, President Obama has now turned into an official dictator. Hardly anybody likes the bill as it is, including Senate Democrats, but that didn't stop the president from blaming the Republicans for stalling the process and using the same language and talking points (almost in verbatim) as his last three speeches, including his first State of the Union address. He didn't win any points then, so it just makes sense to use the same speech. "Let's get it done." No matter what the public and especially the Republicans think.

It wasn't all that long ago that Obama chastised the Republicans for using the reconciliation process, which even *GULP* Katie Couric pointed out. He made comments about how "most Republicans" won't like this or "mainly the Republicans" are stopping that. Again, failing to point out that even though the Dems had a super-majority in Congress for most of the year and they have control of the Senate, House and White House, it's the GOP's fault that nothing has been done or their leader's pet project (at the expense of his presidential legacy-which he himself has said, in so many words, doesn't matter) can't get passed by his own party.

Again, I guess the GOP is just supposed to acquiesce and let the president and his party do whatever they want , because once again, they know what's best, even if they don't.
What's with this guy talking about partisan politics (while covering for Weasel Harry and Madam Blinky) then proceeds to play the blame game and every opportunity. I guess the buck really doesn't stop with him. Although I'm sure it made all his minions sweat with excitement when he pulled that phrase out of the closet; even though he totally mis-quoted it. Bushism perhaps? Nah, we'll just let that one slide, too.

But, I'll hand it to ol' Barry. He sounded good once again with his white coat props and his second and third wife on either side of him. Bravo.

How To Smear Conservatives

A little warning to the right (and tips-albeit transparent ones) to the left about how to (predictably) smear conservatives by Robert Stacy McCain (to the total angst of the former right-leaning, now full-out lefty, Charles Johnson (Little Green Footballs) who apparently thinks, like a typical lefty, that everyone to the right is *yawn* racist and a homophobe)

Maybe the left can use these tactics when using their "tips" on how to call into conservative radio shows.

Bad FaithThe accusation that conservatives are motivated by bad faith (mala fides) is essential to the Left’s attacks. Stigmatizing and marginalizing conservatives is much easier than debating them. Cogent arguments about policy become unnecessary to advancing the Left’s political agenda if they can dismiss its opponents as racist, sexist, homophobic, etc.

The Ransom Note Method – By carefully selecting “evidence” of bad faith, the Left is able to present a distorted image of its conservative targets. Out-of-context quotes and controversial biographical data are cherry-picked and re-assembled (in the manner of a kidnapper assembling a ransom note) to present the target in the most damning possible light. This method is particularly effective against conservative talk-radio personalities who engage in polemic battle with leftists. This is why Media Matters devotes such enormous resources to monitoring talk radio in hopes of grabbing a 40-second “gotcha” sound-bite.

The ‘Links and Ties’ Method – More than simple guilt-by-association, the Links-and-Ties Method involves presenting a chain of incidental connections to suggest a sympathy of views that does not actually exist. To wit: Target A once spoke at Event B which was sponsored by Group C, co-founded by Person D who once made controversial statement E. By this method, it is implied that Target A actually endorses Statement E.

Telescoping and Telepathy – The actions, statements and associations of a conservative target acquire a trans-temporal permanence in the smear attacks of the Left. Once a target is associated (however incidentally) with controversy, this association can be repeated endlessly as evidence of bad faith, no matter how many years intervene. Furthermore, if the target is associated in Year X with a respectable person or organization that becomes controversial in Year X+5, that association can be cited in Year X+10 as evidence against the target – even if the target had no involvement in the cause of controversy. Finally, all evidence of bad faith accumulated by these methods is presented as indicative of the target’s deepest and unwavering personal convictions, as if the accuser were possessed of telepathic mind-reading abilities.

Deny, Denounce, Repudiate – The key to these attack methods is the presumption of the target’s guilt. The accuser, having carefully selected the evidence to be discussed in the manner of a prosecutor making an indictment, demands that the target deny the accusation, denounce the bad-faith views involved, and repudiate the persons and organizations to whom he has been connected by the links-and-ties method. As anyone who has been targeted by such attacks can attest, it’s rather like being accused in one of Stalin’s infamous Moscow “show trials.”

Repeated successful use of these tactics is tremendously advantageous to the Left, tending to prevent conservatives from cooperating effectively in their opposition to the Left’s agenda. If a target (e.g., Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, Andrew Breitbart, et al.) can be isolated and rendered sufficiently “controversial,” other conservatives understandably will become reluctant to associate with that person. Conservatives are made to feel defensive and as a result may become suspicious of their colleagues, overly cautious in their activism, and hesitant to speak out on behalf of fellow conservatives targeted by the Left.It is important to understand that the Left’s use of these methods is systematic and progressive. Once a targeted group or individual has been rendered sufficiently “toxic” by smear tactics, the Left then moves on to other targets, gradually expanding the list of those who have been delegitimized as too controversial for participation in the political mainstream. Conservatives who fail to fight back against these smears are thereby granting the Left the ability to decide who is or is not “mainstream.”There is ultimately no safety in silence. Those who hesitate to defend the Left’s targets today – whether those targets are Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin or James O’Keefe – will regret their caution when they themselves become targets tomorrow. I hope that Mr. Prager will be interested in discussing this subject on his radio program. If not, I hope at least you will forward to him this e-mail from someone he never heard of before.

This is awesome! Obama actually wants his supporters to phone into conservative radio shows-with "crib note" talking points and actually expose their ignorance to more intelligent and informed conservative hosts such as, Michael Medved, Rush Limbaugh and Mark Levin? HA! Bring it on. There's a reason Air America went away and NPR has no ratings. Because liberals are boring and don't know what the hell they're talking about! And now their "Dear Leader" wants to leave no doubt. If he's supposedly so brilliant, but yet can't answer a question without his teleprompter and without fumbling and bumbling, how does he expect his minions to perform?
