Hypocrisy and Violence? Thy Name is Left

By now you may know the name Brandon Darby. He is a former far-left activist and loon who has taken a right turn and seen the error of his loony left ways. Because of his political redemption, he is now public enemy #1 in the eyes of the left. Why? Well besides turning into somewhat of a "moderate," he has exposed the lefts violent nature and win-at-all-costs mindset. We're not talking about winning the SuperBowl or World Series here, we're talking about the actual advocating of murder in the name of activism and political expedience.

His back-story and reasons why the Traitor Times, along with lefty blogs such as Crooks & Liars (apropo) have anointed him a "traitor," "rat" and "fink" all for not wanting to go along with plans by Hugo Chavez to perform terrorist acts after Hurricane Katrina or to bomb the 2008 GOP convention. Remember folks, these plans and dreams were from the leftist mindset. He wasn't exactly a member or advocate of the Tea Party.

Still, from a man who refuses to tell us anything about his past or at least admit anything about it (especially his school records and YES, his birth certificate-I don't care; is he Hawaiian-born? Yeah, probably, but why hide it? even the liberal Governor of Hawaii, Abercrombie says he "can't find it." So why all the hubbub about wanting the POTUS to show us his original birth records? Show us and it all goes away. Everybody is o.k. with a conspiracy theory about Bush and 9/11, but Obama's birth certificate? Well, that's just insane!

Anyways, keep these in mind. The President of the United States is a proponent of radical Muslims and greedy, selfish, obsolete unions.

Wisconsin Unions Explained by Wisconsin Conservative and Wannabe Teacher

This is from a commentor on NewsBusters that makes it pretty clear how Wisconsin conservatives see the unions ploy and how the Democrats are enjoying every second of it.

I live in Wisconsin, so let me rant for a minute.
We the people elected the man to be our governor. We voted because Scott Walker made his intention to cut spending dramatically very clear in his platform. Even the liberal Milwaukee Journal Sentinel endorsed Scott Walker for governor.
If you're reading this, and a conservative or someone who says they love our democratic process, you should be FRIGHTENED BEYOND BELIEF.
Why?
Because -- as I've seen living in the heart of this drama -- the Democrats/left has made two things very clear:
They are absolutely the wholly owned subsidiaries of the unions.
The left will do anything and everything in its ability to retain and/or regain power.
The first point was probably well-know if you've been paying attention. Unions give massive amounts of money to Democrat candidates and political causes. The Democrats are wetting themselves because they see Walker's about to turn off the spigot.
What's more galling is that in Wisconsin, a lot of public-sector jobs require that you join a union. The state automatically takes your dues and the union then gives that money to the left. If you're a schoolteacher (like I want to be) and a conservative (like I am), your paycheck is going to fund candidates and causes you are politically and/or morally opposed to. More than that, since these jobs are paid for by taxes, the unions are using taxpayer money to buy political favor with leftist politicians.
Imagine the outrage if the right had such a deal with unions.
The second point includes all the lefties -- including the 14 AWOL Wisconsin Democrat Senators -- who now believe they have the "right" to rollback the November 2010 election simply because they didn't like the outcome.
From the second the November 2010 election results came in, the liberals I know on FB were miserable. Some equated Scott Walker to McCarthy, others mocked Ron Johnson (Wisconsin Senator who replaced Russ Feingold) as "stupid." The hatred and vitriol was palpable.
If you've paid any attention to the debate, you see the same meme coming to the forefront. Scott Walker is now a "dictator" who is refusing to "negotiate" with people. The left is beside themselves.
So they are working to undermine democracy. Some are even attempting to recall Governor Walker - who's done nothing to deserve it. Except maybe fulfill his campaign promises.
I distinctly remember Obama getting up on television in 2009 and telling everyone: I won.
There was no debate. No room for negotiation.
So the left -- now that the shoe is on the other foot -- defines not only unions as "rights" but democracy as "negotiation."

During the course of securing my journalism diploma, I always hated the assignments in where I had to deal with numbers (polls, financial disbursements, election result percentages, etc) because my math continues to be so atrocious, I couldn't possibly do the great job with the numbers as NewsBusters Noel Sheppard has done in exposing the lies of Rachel Maddow comparing Republican political contributions to Democratic ones when she appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Tuesday. She said through these bogus numbers and assumptions that the Republicans want to get rid of the unions so, "...they can run the table in every election from here on out. This is the only competition they have for actual, big contributors in politics. So, they want to get rid of the unions for partisan reasons."

This guy is clearly an unprofessional, whiny, bias, loser and a half. I think Tingles is the one with the bad memory, considering how proud Americans were of their country during the Reagan administration.

That is to say they're not liberal historians that would re-write history to something that Matthews could be proud of. I also find it interesting, as Sheppard did, that Matthews didn't mind Obama being on the list, even though historically, he's only been president for two years and has one of the worst records in that time.

You know he wouldn't be mentioning anything about people's choice versus historian's choice if Obama or Kennedy ended up in the #1 slot. Pathetic isn't it?

With that said, it seems to me that little Chrissy Matthews isn't upset that people don't possess the memory, but exactly the opposite, they remember all too well and are hoping for another Reagan to come along and save the nation from people like Matthews and his minions.

Obama: Investments, Sowell: More Government Expansion

That's all it is. "Investing in America's future" with high-speed rail and "sputnik moments" are well-timed, well-placed rhetoric for more government spending and expansion. High-speed rails in low-populated areas (take the example of Seattle) is simply a novelty act and a clear waste of time and money. The fact that President Obama doesn't know this (or doesn't care) shows his narcissism and lack of experience. Not to mention his failure at picking a competent economic team.

I mean he can't even answer a straight question about the cost of some of his initiatives when facing committees questioning his intentions without trying to change the question or get on his soapbox. All this, of course, after we discover his vast, personal carbon footprint and total disregard for the environment and endangered species.

UPDATE: It looks like someone already has. Gore tried to sound like a scientist again (presumably taking a couple of days to get his words just right as to sound smart, like it just rolled off of his tongue) by saying once again how "warming means cooling," and that a natural element on the planet-CO2 (that life on the planet would not survive without) is somehow destroying the planet anyway. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration would have none of it. They also said that man is is no way to blame for "another wintry winter for the Eastern U.S."

I Have A Question About the Dems Support of Gov.t Shutdown

If the Democrats are so hard-pressed to admonish House Speaker, John Boehner about government shutdown if the Dems don't agree to some pretty significant budget cuts, after the House of Representatives approved legislation on Saturday to cut federal spending by $61 billion through September; with Charles Schumer going so far as to call Boehner "reckless," how come Wisconsin legislators, President Obama and the DNC all supported the government shutdown in Wisconsin? This includes shutdown the government by fleeing the state and breaking the law, not to mention the "illegal union strikes shutting down schools and national Democrats helping to organize the angry mob descending on Madison" (The Weekly Standard)

This includes nothing from the Dems about doctors fraudulently handing out sick notes so that teachers and union reps can attend rallies in Madison against Scott Walker. Their excuse? They're "sick" of Walker over the whole affair.


I think that one doctor doth protests too much. And the other? He's "concerned" about the numbness of being cold? Really? I really hope members of medicals disciplinary establishment are watching.

A lot of people in Egypt are very happy today. A lot of people in Washington are too. Other than true blue liberals, I don't think anyone wants a dictator in power longer than he has to be. Regional stability, the ongoing peace agreement with Israel (which you just know steams the hell out of some Democrats and most media members-mostly media) and a general ally-type relationship with the U.S. is probably going to be better than the next government. The enemy of my enemy is my friend, after all.

But what does come next is obviously a point of contention for Washington and the Middle East. Will they elect another Mubarak-type, friendly to the U.S. for 30 years and who continued to honor Anwar Sadat's peace accord with Egypt, or a much, much more religious fanatical-type government; such as the Muslim Brotherhood? The religious zealots that ushered in a totalitarian Muslim rule in Iran hasn't seemed to fair well for the U.S. by any stretch. But you have to support a duly democratically-elected government don't you? The problem with that is you may end up with the devil you don't know as opposed the devil you know. Look at Lebanon for instance. Yeah, they got out from underneath the thumb of Syria, but then they got Hamas as a ruling body. All with the mostly false promise of giving the Lebanese people what they needed, such as jobs, electricity, hope and promise.

Us Weekly Published Palin/Aguilera Spoof as Fact

So when Sarah Palin was pranked by a couple of French-Canadian radio D.J's a while back , everyone on the left had a hearty laugh at her expense. But when, say, Rachel Maddow or a major U.S. "news"magazine reports a story from a satirical website as fact and then are too embarrassed about it to acknowledge their mistake (because, you know the super humans on the left are never wrong and cannot be made a fool of) it's the fault of conservatives (of course) or their staff, or their fact-checkers (which they never seem to use anyways-if they even have them) It's never them.

Such is the case with Us Weekly. After the flubbing of the national anthem by Christine Aguilera, the magazine printed a column that took the satire serious which quoted Palin as saying, "Unemployment is at nine percent, yet we have to suffer through a performance by a foreigner with a poor grasp of the English language." it also has Palin wishing to have Aguilera deported.

It's amazing the level of hatred that the liberal press has for Palin. Clearly, from the attempted, disgusting, pinning of the shooting of Democrat Gabriel Giffords, to her remarks on Egypt to things that are attributed to her that she never said or did; they sure put a lot of energy (and a whole lot of imagination) into trying to discredit someone that does not hold public office, in no way dictates any sort of policy, or has any sway in social matters. People believe what they believe. They try to seek out the best information they can and make up their own minds. Of course that's a real problem nowadays, given the lack of credibility of most of the media that has their own left-wing agenda.

Like gossipcop.com says, "It boggles the mind that a major outlet could read these obviously satirical, fake quotes and treat them as the real deal.
However badly Aguilera botched the anthem last Sunday, Us Weekly just did a hundred times worse."

Or as NewsBusters Tom Blumer stated, "After 2-1/2 years of "Who's Trig's real mom?" and similar garbage from people who consider themselves respectable (but aren't), this just shows that quite a few people in supposedly responsible positions are willing to believe anything thrown out there about Sarah Palin, and run with it without checking." Well, sort of. He claims that his show is a "serious" one and that doesn't attract people who listen to Sarah Palin, because they don't read newspapers or watch serious shows like his.

In other words, if people don't watch his show they're more informed.

Last Sunday an anti-economic freedom rally was held in Palm Springs, California, organized by Common Cause, Code Pink, and public sector labor unions. "Mainstream" journalists should have covered it. They would have found the guy they've been looking for in vain at Tea Parties for nearly two years — the unhinged maniac who lusts for violence and wants to overthrow the American government. Of course, it goes without saying that he was most certainly not a Tea Party representative. Funny who he was representing though. Look at the organizers.
On a side note, it's funny how Code Pink is no longer worried about the war, but...capitalism? Then again, not too surprising for Code Pinko.

Obamacare Repeal Voted Down in Senate

As expected. All the Republicans voted Yes, all the Dems voted no. Joe Lieberman was not among the voters.

"In classic Senate fashion, the vote on the repeal measure was anything but straightforward. The repeal measure was actually in the form of an amendment to the Federal Aviation Administration reauthorization bill, and the vote was actually on a “budget point of order” and needed 60 votes for passage.
'Voters in Missouri and nationwide sent a clear message last fall that they wanted their leaders in Washington to repeal and replace this law,” Sen. Roy Blunt said in a statement following the vote. “I’m deeply disappointed that my colleagues across the aisle refused to listen to that clear message, and instead voted to defend this bill, which two federal courts have already deemed unconstitutional.'"

"Another amendment to the health care repeal law did see passage, however – an amendment to repeal a provision that requires businesses to file a 1099 form with the IRS for every vendor with which they’ve done $600 worth of business or more. Both parties were sympathetic to complaints from the business community that the provision would create onerous paperwork requirements, and the amendment passed easily and with bipartisan support, 81-17."

That's not to say that some of the law wasn't repealed. How thoughtful of those Dems. Now they can say they "worked" with the Republicans. How nice of them to ignore their constituents and vote along party lines. Always thinking of you.

Nevermind the fact that other "controversial" speakers have appeared without any backlash whatsoever. Of course, they're not considered "controversial," because they were far-left fundamentalist Marxist and self-admitted Communists, such as disgraced former Green Jobs "czar" Van Jones (another in a long line of Obama-appointed radicals)

It makes me wonder if Ron Reagan, Jr. was invited (so he could discuss his total ignorance of medicine, yet knowledgeable enough to smear and disgrace the name of his father) would they consider him "controversial" because he's the son of a former conservative Republican president.
Of course not. And why? Because he's a liberal who didn't agree with (nor does it appear he even liked) his father. He's the son of someone the liberal elites can't stand just to hear the name of, so what's the difference with Bristol Palin?

For a piece of "human" excrement that took pride and humor in murdering babies that had been born free of the womb only to have their spinal cords snipped by scissors, the MSM is sure staying away from the proof of the horrors, misrepresentations and lies of abortion.

You've heard all the excuses I won't get into. "If women don't have legal abortion climics, they'll be forced to have 'back-alley' abortions." Blah. Blah. Blah. Hardly. But what's the difference if creatures like Gosnell are running them?

Where are all the headlines? Where's the admonishment from the MSM? Where's the follow-ups like if this guy was a "crazy, right-wing abortion bomber" or "doctor killer?" Or simply what if this guy was a conservative or Rwpublican caught in a scandal? How would morons like Chris Matthews or Joy Behar be wrought with anger over it? How many lefties would be calling for his head then? You get the picture.

Does this guy have any decency? Does he have any brains? Throw me a bone here. At least tell me he has some minuscule knowledge about the world around him (I know that's asking huge of a MSNBC employee) Please. Tell me he knows the difference between a "organization" that prides itself on the murder of women and children and one that wants government accountability. Someone please tell me he's really not that this dense.

By the way, President Obama supports the inclusion of the Muslim Brotherhood in the Egyptian government. Gee, there's a shock.

Maddow Gets Duped, Blames Beck, Conservatives

As Noel Sheppard reported on Monday, MSNBC's Rachel Maddow got duped by a satirical website called ChristWire.org quoting from their spoof article about Sarah Palin advocating an attack on Egypt as if it was a serious commentary.

The next night she tried to excuse her lack of journalistic standards and ignorance by what else? Blaming Glenn Beck, FOX News and other prominent conservatives.

Pretty classy, eh? That's the "objective" and "bi-partisan" MSNBC for you. Such journalistic acumen. Rhodes scholar, my tucas!

Reagan and the Lies of the Media

Nothing has changed. As I noted in a post a couple of years back, the MSM hated Reagan. What's that you say? The liberal press hated a Conservative-Republican president? Nah. Couldn't be! Oh, rest assured, the media was doing its usual pathetic "best" to once again portray a Republican president as "dumb," "evil," "uncaring," "senile" and whatever other adjectives they could muster to paint this highly influential, competent, brilliant and loved patriot as bad for America and heck why not even history all together? Does this not resonate a little too much today? Isn't there a former Republican president (and indeed a current female Republican-who happens to be a former Vice-President candidate) that the media consider "dumb," but yet smart enough for them to continue to demonize and make up ludicrous stories about? Unfortunately, far too many Americans believe these bulldung stories. Not everyone will benefit from the passage of time and the true history and accomplishments of these men (and woman).

But to the MSM, facts and true history matters not. It's what you can do the minds of the uninformed today that matters. If you, with the help of the always devious and compliant liberal media, can destroy the legacy of Ronald Reagan, then in the same breath lift a complete failure like Jimmy Carter to the level of demigod (not to mention allow him to continuously lie about his record and non-existent "accomplishments," then that's some type of pretty potent magic...or is that witchcraft? In any event, it's disgusting.

Now the dastardly media is trying to erase all that hatred (for now) in an attempt to put Barack Obama in the same historical light as Reagan...a man they hate. Go figure. It seems that even they know that they can't whitewash or re-write history too much about Reagan without some sort of backlash. Too many people just know too much. Damn those Americans for educating themselves.

Media Research Center's Brent Bozell has dug up some liberal media ghosts of the past to demonstrate just how low, lying and ultimately predictable the media was and still very much are. No matter how much history-true history-of Reagan is available out there (including men and women still around that actually knew and worked daily with the man)

Don't let the ugly MSM fool you. They hate Reagan. They love Obama. Anything else is opportunism and a lie.
